What can I say, after a terrible experience with an online estate agency I met Emma by chance from EO estate agency. Within days of engaging with her she had buyers looking and within less than a month secured a buyer. Today completion has occurred and flat is sold. Emma and her team namely Poppy facilitated the sale amazingly. I would highly recommend them!

Unbelievable service from start to finish. Katherine is so professional and took all the stress out of listing and viewings and offers. Poppy then handled all the sales jargon and was so helpful and communicative and such a great link between us and our buyers. All in all I cannot praise them highly enough and should be your no 1 choice!

From the initial visit to the property until completion all my dealings with EO estate agents have been professional. Emma could not have done any more to help me secure the house, she responded to my emails and calls straightaway and for any questions that she could not answer she always came back with a response in a timely manner. She always made herself available for any visits to the house- even on a Bank Holiday Monday!
Poppy has really helped to push the sale along, I am so grateful to her for getting in contact with all the parties involved and for making sure we stuck to the schedule for completion. I recommend EO estate agents wholeheartedly!

A breath of fresh air! Elle and her brilliant team sold my property in May 2023, and I couldn't have asked for a better partner throughout. From the initial valuation, through to completion, Elle's team were honest, dedicated and provided brilliant communication during what can be such a challenging process.

Once the property was under offer, I never had to chase for updates on anything. Poppy kept me updated with how things were progressing and was brilliant at providing impartial advice and guidance on the overall process.

EO agency tried to sell us a property with a private garden. The garden was in fact shared and we only found out 3.5 months into putting the offer in. Initially EO agency did not admit there was an issue and put a lot of pressure on us to ignore the fact we were not buying what had been advertised.

We tried extremely hard to resolve the issue and move forward with the sale but it was impossible, the vendors pulled the sale and put it back on the market. EO would not talk openly about it as it appear they were nervous to admit their error.

We viewed the property 3 times, once with the vendor and twice with EO’s agent. Every time we clarified the garden was private and not shared with the property below. The floor plan also indicated the whole garden was private. This was incorrect.

We were left with thousands of pounds of fees, the sale of our flat fell through and were not able to move.

The whole team at EO Estate agents are excellent - competent, fast and reliable. I sold my flat with them this year and they made everything easy and stress-free at every stage. Would highly recommend.

Elle sold our flat for us recently and we would not hesitate to recommend her. Communication was frequent and made us feel completely on top of the process from start to finish. The online marketing was clearly very effective and we had offers very quickly when another agent had failed to do so. Great experience in my home searching with Elle. We newly moved into the country, so are not familiar with the property market and the different neighbourhoods. Elle is knowledgeable about the properties we are viewing and very responsive to address our questions.

I worked with Elle and Emma at EO Estate Agents to purchase a new-build property, which completed in December. They were a pleasure to deal with, responding promptly and thoughtfully to all my questions and requests. There were a few unforeseen delays that arose, and the transaction dragged on for nearly six months until it was finalised. Elle and Emma helped to resolve all the issues that arose, and worked really effectively to mediate between the developers and buyers through the whole course of the transaction. Very impressed by their professionalism, responsiveness, personal approach, and cheerful, positive attitude - all of which really helped to defuse a stressful period!

Huge thanks to the EO team and to Elle and Poppy in particular. I had my flat on the market for 6 months previously with a larger agent without any offers at all. Within 2 weeks with EO Elle had an offer. They were on hand and helpful throughout. Highly recommend!

Emma at EO is a cut above the usual estate agent experience in London. Finally, someone who actually wants to help you sell your property and is genuine sincere and human, while she does it. You'd think that wouldn't be too much to ask or expect, but after a long protracted period to sell, via COVID lockdowns and rough market periods plus 3 previous agents (none of whom I would work with again) Emma got the job done and with energy, enthusiasm and (importantly) my trust. It wasn't an easy or smooth course, but she held out and communication was spot on throughout. Then Poppy stepped in to guide the sale process through, also very complicated in the end but she approached it with the same tenacity as Emma and we finally got there in the end! SO very glad I discovered Emma and EO. Great to work with people who seem to really enjoy their jobs too. A totally different experience and would highly recommend them.

I really can't rate EO, and specifically Jack, highly enough.

The circus that is selling a leasehold flat in London wasn't easy and certainly not smooth at times but having Jack from EO put in such significant legwork through the whole process was so very helpful. Securing the buyer was just a small percentage of the hugh amount of work Jack put in. The chasing of third parties for us, the support, the advice, the constant updates on what was happening. He really went above and beyond.

If all London agents acted with that level of care and attention we’d have an estate agency industry with a much better reputation than in currently has.

I’ve used EO Estate twice now - once to sell my late mother’s house and more recently, to sell my flat.
Both times, I was absolutely delighted with the way in which the properties were marketed and the quality of the potential buyers that this attracted.
I work in the property industry and can honestly say that both Elle and Emma are the best agents I’ve come across. Nothing is too much trouble, they are always available and work so, so hard for their clients.

From the buyer's perspective, I could not be happier with an estate agent. When my husband and I first met Emma, she immediately gained our trust. She was very knowledgeable, kind, patient and 100% committed to her job, and we genuinely felt that she listened and represented our interest as well. She was the perfect bridge between us and the vendors. She helped us overcome some complications and she was regularly in touch with us and flexible to our needs. I can honestly say she went the extra mile to make sure both parties are happy, investing a lot of time in making sure the flat is ready for us to move in (letting the plumber in, arranging for a cleaning company to come in etc.).
