They were absolutely fantastic to deal with - very friendly and knowledgeable and helped to unblock various things with two sets of lawyers to ensure the purchase remained on track. If there were more than 5 stars for the experience, I would give that! I have come across many estate agents in the past during a few purchases and I must admit that EO is simply the best in what they do. They are caring, compassionate, kind and have absolutely the best interests for every party involved in the transaction. I have interacted with Elle, Emma and Poppy. Emma is a stellar performer and Poppy is an amazing sales progressor. They are so efficient and knowledgeable about aspects of the sale, it's really been a pleasure. Elle is the founder and has created a great team who are a total go - getters. The purchase wasn't smooth as there were hurdles along the way but Emma and Poppy removed every hurdle with so much finesse and supported us. They have helped us purchase our dream home and we will certainly be using them for selling any of our BTL properties in the future. I am glad that now I have an estate agent who is TRULY THE BEST!

Katherine from EO did a great job of guiding through our recent sale. She was super friendly and knowledgeable, but also available to guide us through any sticky bits. She was really helpful at all points of the process, from finding a buyer to completing the sale. I would highly recommend them as an estate agent.

Emma was an absolutely brilliant agent. Throughout the 6 month process of selling my flat and the various complications along the way, she supported me every step of the process. She was in touch with me very regularly by message and flexible to my needs due to having a busy job. There were several points where the sale could have fallen through but thanks to her adept communication and ability to handle situations calmly she was able to make sure this did not happen. She went above and beyond - even arranging to have someone let painters into the flat when I had Covid and was not at the property or contacting my father if I was out of the country. I would recommend using EO estate agents, although the commission is slightly more in comparison to a high street agent, you cannot compare the two as it is a bespoke service, and completely worth it! I will definitely use again in the future and recommend to friends and family.

The best estate agents out there. Always quick to respond in a helpful and professional manner. Would recommend to all.

She has shown exceptional knowledge of the property and was able to provide answers to all of our questions, some of which were often challenging.
