Shipping and tracking unreliable accompanied by emails from a person calls himself Mike who sends you generic email responses to keep you hanging. Finally the drone arrived after weeks and countless emails. The quality is very poor. Battery life was 4-5min. Used it about 6 times and on the next flight it took off uncontrollably probably back to China and hasn't been seen since. Could not track its location and it failed to return home despite all efforts and yes its still missing. This product is nothing like its listing. Buyer beware.

Probably the worst drone ever, takes a month to ship, doesńt actually have 4k it is HD, it is a scam, it flies like a wasp you have just swatted, the customer support and return policy is a joke

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. A PHONY. ORDERED A DRONE BATTERY AND PROPS IN FEBRUARY AND 6 WEEKS LATER STILL NO DELIVERY. PHONY LOGISTICS COMPANY TOO (""ARXP.COM.AU"). THEIR TRACKING STATES RECEIVING ADDRESS CLOSED ON 23 MAR...THE ADDRESS IS A POST OFFICE AND THE DAY WAS A MONDAY AND I WAS THERE ON OTHER BUSINESS...SO NOT CLOSED AT ALL. MANY EMAILS TO & FROM EONVY (MIKE'S HIS NAME) AND HE KEEPS RE-STATING FOR ME TO CHECK THE DELIVERY STATUS. WEBSITE SEARCH REVEALS THE LOGISTICS COMPANY IS A PHONY (NO PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT). EONVY NO BETTER. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I WILL PURSUE MIKE AT EONVY AND EONVY ITSELF UNTIL I GET REFUNDED OR I DIE, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST.

Do not believe the clearly FAKE 5-star reviews. This is an inferior drone, ships from China, they claim returns are possible, but the UK return shipping address is fake as well. My advise if you are reading this...pay a bit extra and go with DJI...their drone quality and customer service is amazing!

I brought a Eonvy -Air +1 pro drone from the company
For the price, this is an excellent drone for a beginner, very easy to fly and navigate.
Easy to communicate with, as i had a problem when i clipped a tree branch.
They were extremely quick, to respond to my situation.

Bought Eonvy Air+ on the 3rd of Jan.
Received it yesterday on the 17th of Jan.
After reading the reviews I was quite sceptical and was even thinking about asking for a refund

Today with quite strong wind and -10C went outside and tried it out.

For the beginner as I am I cant say anything bad about it. Camera quality sure...Its not the same as you would pay for DJI drone costing you almost 10x more then EONVY.
GPS works, return function worked, APP works...
I cant ask for anything more from the drone which cost me around 200€.

Es una copia del V198 de Xiaomi. Bateria muy lejos de lo prometido. Escasos 10' si usas vuelo con GPS y grabación. Video congelado en la App, perdiendo la posición del dron. Malo, o nada pro, nada que ver con las reseñas que aparecen en algunas webs.

Advertising looked great drone ok but camera is rubbish contacted them and after back and forth emails over time their answer was

Making it impossible to get refund
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

Please keep away from this drone , don't be a fool like me and believe the crap that there saying, it's honestly the biggest scam since the first man not landing on the moon, no refunds no customer care, honestly there pirates, yes people are putting up good reviews, that's not the Case it's them doing this to impress........

I ran into a minor issue where a propeller came loose after a few days of flying. I contacted eonvy support and they were amazing - they sent out a replacement set for free immediately. It's been flying perfectly since the new parts arrived.

Overall a solid drone that is easy to control and worth the money. The only slight annoyance is that the app drags a bit when loading videos, but it's not a dealbreaker.

Flying near open fields and cliffs can be stressful, but the return-to-home feature works reliably on this thing. It really gives me peace of mind knowing it can find its way back.

My problem isn’t even regarding how poor the camera is, my Eonvy drone just didn’t return when I pressed home and instead went the other way! There was little wind and I paid extra for the gps version in case this happens, which is completely useless and it’s impossible to find. £200 down the drain, pay a bit more and get a DJI!

Não emitem faturas, as compras não ficam online, os clientes ficam sem acesso à conta na plataforma, não existe suporte tecnico, não respondem aos emails, existem sites que promovem esta marca com reviews falsos em que as pessoas e endereços de email não existem, É TUDO UM ESQUEMA QUE VEM DA CHINA. Comprei um drone ao site da marca em Espanha e a encomenda veio da china, a empresa transportadora ainda quis cobrar os custos aduaneiros e iva porque a encomenda custava mais do que 150.00. Só me apercebi disto tudo quando recebi a encomenda e o drone não tinha bateria...tenho quase a certeza de que se trata de um produto recondicionado. Ninguém responde aos vários emails que já enviei. NÃO COMPREM. As opiniões positivas não podem ser verdadeiras, é uma burla!!!!!

I picked up the GPS model and it handled the outdoors really well. The positioning is spot on; it hovers steadily without drifting all over the place. I didn't have to constantly adjust the controls, which made filming so much easier.

Pubblicizzano l’azienda come australiana, forse nella Chinatown di Sidney, pubblicizzano la fotocamera 8k, e per fare ottime riprese.

Un bidone. La fotocamera invia un file grande di dimensioni in pixel, inutilizzabile per la compressione jpeg.

Le foto fanno veramente schifo, e il drone pare assemblato da dei bambini.

Even with a bit of wind, the connection holds up surprisingly well. I'm not exactly a pro pilot, so seeing the return-to-home feature work exactly as described is a huge relief.

Ho acquistato il drone a Natale 2024 per mio marito. Dopo pochi utilizzi sono iniziati i primi difetti, come la mancanza di stabilità in volo, non riconosce nonostante il follow me, telecamere che si bloccano continuamente e perde spesso il contatto con il telefono. Provato a contattare più volte l'assistenza e dopo le prime email senza risposta ci iniziano a chiedere video per verificare se effettivamente il drone ha problemi. Abbiamo mandato video diversi per ben 3 volte e continuavano a chiedercene altri nonostante la mia insistenza nel chiedergli fi poterlo revisionate. Non chiedevamo la sostituzione ma almeno la verifica da parte loro, NIENTE, non c'è stato modo di aggiustarlo. Pessimo il drone, pessima l'assistenza. Se non volete buttare nel cesso 169 euro ve lo sconsiglio altamente.

Fell for fake online review from "Aerial photographer" and ordered the drone. Then checked reviews and tried to cancel - literally an hour or so later. Received email stating it had already been despatched - UNLIKELY! Advised via email to refuse package, but nowadays couriers often just knock the door and leave the package.
Lesson learned, I feel I am in for a rough ride...

Buyers beware. Claim to be a UK company, but they are just drop-shippers from Shenzhen, China.
The adverts all make fake claims, and the product is not fit for purpose, of merchantable quality or as described.
They refuse to accept any returns and will pass you back and forth with emails filled with nonsense.
I suspect either the good reviews are fake or from people with no knowledge of drones.
Avoid.
They seem to also appear under different variations of Eonvy, Eonvy-UK, Eonvy-air etc.
