Fyi, pretty sure this company is operating under a new name, Calthic.

Sat Nav mall functioned.Returned to China at 25 pound cost.Refund held saying problems with customs their end after a month.Saying I should query post office UK.
They clearly have no intention of refunding.Do not have anything to do with Vassco

I was sent a completely different – and inferior – product to the one I ordered. When I asked for the correct item or a refund, they became obstructive and unhelpful. Their so‑called “returns process” is unlawful under UK consumer law, requiring customers to pay international return costs, accept handling fees and take on all the risk. None of this is legal when the seller has sent the wrong item.
Their emails constantly contradicted their own website, they refused to take any responsibility for their mistake and repeatedly pushed small partial refunds instead of resolving the issue properly. There was zero accountability at any stage.
This company is not trustworthy, their practices are misleading, and their customer service is appalling. Strongly recommend that you do not buy anything from them.
If you have been unfortunate to have parted with money and either not received the product or received the incorrect product, I recommend you apply for a chargeback from your bank to resolve matters.

Terrible – seems like a scam.
Vassco claim to offer refunds for items returned when you purchase, but when I tried to do so they repeatedly refused to give a returns address and then went quiet.
They also try to appear as if they are in the EU or UK where there’s good customer protections laws, when in truth they are China.
Thankfully got my money back from my credit card company due to breach of contract.
So my advice is to NEVER buy anything from them.

Ordered digital picture frame, took so long to arrive I stopped and claimed bk through my credit card company. Contacted vassco and evri to try locate. Eventually was delivered ( left at works door not signed for as stated) tried to contact credit card company and vassco to inform of delivery, again no response from vassco, until this Monday demanding my payment quite nasty! Replied twice immediately as they wanted urgent response and again today still waiting for a reply. They wanted me to make a purchase again to make a payment erm no waiting for bank details to pay. Not in the habit of making purchase and not paying but there correspondence with this company is awful!

Terrible customer service. I tried to cancel order within minutes of ordering and could not. Frame was shipped to me and returning it has been a hassle and costly. Don't advise ordering anything from this company. It's a nightmare.

The item was broken when I received it. The digital frame was sent in a thin plastic envelope. I emailed countless times for a replacement. The last email said to wait patiently...I am still waiting for a refund or new product. They have yet to make good. DO NOT USE this company!!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Ordered a WiFi extender they took payment did not send any confirmation. Customer service/ support rubbish just keep requesting the order number and can’t find e mail address even though keep sending other e mail.

Beware. A scam. I ordered and paid for a Vassco instead I was sent an unusable AIREC AI voice recorder made in China

I ordered a picture frame. It took weeks for them to post it, during which time they didn't respond to emails.

Within a couple of weeks, it started playing up: it zooms in and out and generally acts as though I'm touching the touch screen, even though I'm not.

I emailed them and they pretend to be very helpful but 10 days ago they said they'd get back to me in 24 hours and nothing since.

Just a scam, basically

I ordered the note AI voice recorder and after seeing the reviews I accepted that I was probably scammed but after a few days I received tracking info and out for delivery but never delivered so deleted messages and not bother pursuing. Next day my neighbor brought me a package left at his door which was the recorder packaged very well. He is in 537 vs my 527 so someone climbed an extra stair. This is my experience and it turned out well.

Ordered one item (Al Smart Voice Recorder), and received something that wasn't even made by Vassco. (Note AI Voice Recorder from Airec) When a return was requested, this was their response:

"Thank you for contacting us. We understand your concern regarding the model name or branding on the packaging of the product you received.

We want to assure you that the item you have is indeed the correct product you ordered. The difference you see is typically the manufacturer's internal model code, while the product inside matches the commercial name advertised on our website.

The quality and specifications are identical. We encourage you to use the product and see that its performance meets your expectations."

I let them know "We will only try it if you can extend our return window and offer free shipping if it does not meet our expectations. We still have concerns in spite of your response. If you are not able to extend the return window and offer free shipping then we would like free shipping and a return immediately."

Their response? "Hi ___
Dear customer,
We sincerely apologize that our products did not meet your expectations.
As we value our customers' shopping experience, we would like to offer you two solutions:
1.A refund of 10% of your order value while keeping the product.
2.Return the item for a refund, with the following conditions:
You will be responsible for all shipping costs (both initial delivery and return shipping to Hong Kong)
A 15% handling fee will be deducted from the refund
The return process takes approximately one month
Return shipping costs are approximately £35 (please check with your local post office for exact rates)
You must provide tracking information
Refund will be processed after we receive the item
Please note: If the international package is held by customs and cannot be cleared, we will be unable to process any refund as we have not received the returned item
Please let us know your preferred option so we can provide either the refund or return address.
Important: Please wait for our email with the authorized return address before shipping. Do not use the address on the original package, as this is not our returns address. We cannot be responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses.

Bait and switch scammer - avoid at all costs.

I requested refund having not opened the product. I was told how refund would only be made if product was received, and that they sometimes aren't returned through the system.
Then I was told about the postal charges (incorrectly inflated) and the 15% handling charge.

They made it sound every unlikely I would receive a refund.

Aside from this, the product and the app are of such poor quality they are unusable.

So, refund it is!

Takes FOREVER to arrive, fourteen days no exaggeration. It’s VERY POORLY MADE, light weight. I ordered two for $129. I received one. It took so long I ordered one off Amazon six days after I ordered. It arrived before this order. I finally received the package there was ONLY ONE. I emailed the company they argued with me in a ping pong email war for days that there were two. THERE WAS ONLY ONE. They finally agreed to me returning the package but said I had to ship it to China, which would have cost more than the order. I googled the best router. This router came up. THEY HAD TO HAVE PAID FOR THAT SPOT. THIS ROUTER IS TRASH, ON TOP OF PAYING $129 FOR ONE CHEAP HOLLOW FEELING ROUTER THAT IN MY OPINION DOESNT WORK ANY BETTER THAT THE $60 FROM AMAZON.

DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY!! NOT A GREAT PRODUCT & HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE..

0 stars would be appropriate, the item I received was totally different from what I purchased. They said I could get 10% of purchase price and incur all cost shipping back to Hong Kong total bullshit

Stay away from these scammers

Shocking service , what I ordered as a digital frame that cost me 199 euro came as a completely different frame that is on Amazon for 106. They tried to tell me it was the same make but it’s not it’s a uhale brand . They then offered to give me 10% back I said no I wanted to send it back to them but they said I would pay the shipping and handling charge . I am now in dispute with Revolut to get my money back . Shocking - do not order

Awful company. Took my money, shipped to incorrect address and will not refund me. Say they are going to come back to you and don’t and then put the onus on you to track the parcel down when it’s already been returned to them. Absolute scammers.

Do not purchase from this site. I bought a paint sprayer. It arrived late after Christmas and was damaged. The box was damaged. The paint sprayer was used - with evidence of paint in it. It was scratched and scuffed. I want to return it for replacement but they won’t respond to my emails. I’ve emailed four days in a row with zero response. They are not trustworthy, lack communication, and steal your money. I will do everything I can to get my money back.

I understood the unit came with preloaded Europe maps and Australia maps ! The one I got has Africa and Asia no good to me! I hope I can change the unit!
