I have not been able to receive my money since February 2023, I made a complaint, but Malta took away the license from Epayservice, and nothing has happened since September 2023. Everyone was told to wait for new information and that it would take time, but now when I contact the financial manager in Malta, there is no answer, I have been waiting more than a week for their response. It is not clear what is happening and will people be able to get their money?

Today, January 13, 2024, I received this email and I hope it is good news. And the money held in epayservice can be available soon.

By virtue of the powers given to the Malta Financial Services Authority (“Authority”) under Article 6(1) (d) (i) and (j) of the Financial Institutions Act (“Act”), the Authority has decided, on 25 September 2023 to suspend the financial institution licence of MTACC Ltd. and appoint PwC Advisory Services Malta Limited (“PwC”) to occupy the role of a Competent Person in terms of Article 17 (1) (a) (c) and (d) of the Act.

In this respect, we are writing to you requesting that you provide PwC with the amounts held with MTACC Ltd. on your name as at 30 September 2023, as shown in your records. Please confirm this by filling in the following table and returning it directly to this email:

Unable to get into account via SMS, tried emailing the support team and sales team both and the email addresses come back undeliverable.

Anyone have any clue if they are going out of business?
Seems like it was just a big ponzi scheme.

Gracias al usuario celpez hice la denuncia y pude tener respuesta ,entre más denuncias hagan sobre ellos más agilidad tienen , Ami ya me respondieron y ya hay que esperar que sucede

queria utilizarlos como metodo de pago y me inscribi desde el 13 de noviembre hice todos los tramites que ellos piden aprove todos los pasos, y sale un letrero que dice; ¡Felicidades! Se completó el proceso de video verificación. Ahora se necesita algo de tiempo para aprobar tu solicitud

hasta la fecha no dan respuesta y yo necesito lacuenta con urgencia, esto me da mala espina, si para inscibirme se demora tanto , ademas la maxima uno manda correos a soporte y no le responden

Buenas amigos tengo perdido mis ahorros en esa plataforma veo que algunos les pasa igual quisiera saber si se alguna manera podemos crear un grupo para mirar que opciones tenemos para poder buscar soluciones a este inconveniente

i made complaint to OAFS but for nothing because, MTACC limited license was suspended on September 25th . i have money in account epayservices but already i think are lost.............. nobody answer and i did not see any solution

Hello guys, so i have quite a large amount pf money pending within epayservices and i dont even receive my sms code to login any longer.
i sent several emails, and no response.
i saw something on arbitration in Malta, however, i need to know if it is still possible to have arbitration intervene? i am trying to get an urgent solution to get my funds, so please help with current information on this situation.

SMS service is no longer working so I cannot login into my account. It doesnt matter how many mails I send, I don't get any response.

Queja ante la entidad correspondiente solo envíe el Correo a la dirección que el indica y me respondieron muy rápido les iré también comentando cómo va el caso me pidieron el número de la wallet y el monto que me adeudan, si no se saben la wallet búsquenla en los correos antiguos de epay service que ahí sale

Hello, I am in the same situation, my account has been frozen on February 28th. I submitted a complaint with OAFS Malta and it was forwarded to the Arbiter because ePayService didn't answer to mediation but I am afraid that it is too late. Read at MFSA.mt, MTACC limited license was suspended on September 25th...

First there were no options to send my money to Brazil, now i cannot even reach my wallet. Waiting for an sms that never arrives , to finish login. I sent an email for them, never answered. You guys MTACC Limited, could at least answer us!

OAFS helped me get my money back

Hi again!

I received an e-mail from Epayservices informing me that my account was unblocked. I agreed to participate in the mediation after OAFS informed me that they received no answer to my complaint from Epayservices. But the mediation did not take place anymore and my account was unblocked.

Thanks to OAFS and those who posted here their experience, I now can withdraw my funds. Thank you all!

Just a scam!

They won't ever approve my account application and don't even reply to me via their trashy support service!

Hello everyone, I also made a complaint with OAFs Malta. Now I'll wait and see what happens. We also try to inform other users, so that we can help each other to get our money back from epayserv scammers.

I filed a complaint with OAFS today. Let's see what happens. MTACC LTD (ePayService) owes me almost $10,000.

Si pudieras ponerles un -5 lo haría. Tres pagos retenidos sin explicación. No es posible hacer transacciones hacia Colombia. Desde Diciembre de 2022 hasta la fecha sin solución. Actualmente no me deja ni ingresar a la cuenta porque dice que manda un código de verificación que nunca llega y aunque desde el 17 de agosto de nuevo mande información a SUPPORT / epayservices.com hasta la fecha no hay ninguna solución.
Hice denuncia en Colombia y la entidad que regula me informó a que ente dirigir la denuncia pero a la fecha nunca he recibido respuesta ni de recibido por parte de este ente regulador.
