Darren and Del have done a brilliant job today. We are so pleased - we will be able to enjoy the garden next summer without fear of “The Dove from Above”!

Solar panels front and back meant front and back garden was covered in dove detritus - not pleasant.

Excellent communication throughout, the guys turned up on time, were super efficient and used high grade equipment.

The gutters, which had only been fitted earlier this year, were cleared of all the mess too.

I can't recommend Darren highly enough, his service is efficient, thorough and reassuring, which is exactly what you want when you have a mice or rat problem.

My neighbours and I are very happy with the work carried out by Darren. We had a lot of pigeons roosting on the walls and pipes between our side returns leaving a horrible mess. Darren cleaned it all up and installed metal spikes - problem solved, no more pigeons.

Darren was super professional and rid us quickly of our unwanted house guests! Would 100% recommend. Thank you Darren!

Darren has been very responsive and great at communication through out this process. He has been clear about the work he will under take and where he thinks the issues are and referred us to specialists for drainage CCTV inspection.

Quick and efficient service! I reached out out to Darren after seeing a mouse in my flat late on a Sunday night. He got back to me within half an hour with an appointment booked in for 2days time. I didn’t see another mouse after the first the appointment! His service was professional and friendly, put me at ease and made me feel comfortable in my home again. Can’t recommend him enough!

Darren is really helpful and efficient. As an existing client he has given me free advice on several occasions which has meant I didn’t call him out when I didn’t need to, which saved me money. I’d very much recommend him.

We hired Darren to get rid of mice and it turned out to be a very bad and expensive mistake. He initially cancelled four appointments (due to covid, other illness, his phone smashing and a personal issue) – we gave him benefit of doubt, maybe they were all genuine. But the real problem was his incredibly shoddy work. He said he had filled all the possible entry points – he did this in about five minutes, but it didn’t solve the issue. We called him back and he spent another five minutes doing the same – he said this time he had definitely filled them. He then returned one more time and did the same. We asked him to use concrete (which he had said he would do when we hired him) but he said concrete would not work on our property. Anyway, the mice remained, and he ignored my last message asking for a solution. So eventually we hired someone else. And guess what, they found two very accessible entry points in the kitchen and filled them (and the rest of area) with concrete and now the issue is fixed. Darren was either too lazy or incompetent to do this himself – not sure which one. We’ve asked Darren for a refund but he has ignored us, of course. We hired him on the basis of his good online reviews. No idea if those are genuine, but if you’re considering hiring him I’d suggest you pay attention to this review. I wouldn’t recommend him if he was the last pest control guy on earth!!

Darren has been really helpful in solving our moth and mouse problem. He’s been quick and easy to communicate with, and spelt out clearly what our problem was. He came to the flat really quickly after I called, and was very friendly. I’d definitely use Darren again.
