My husband was scammed by this company $9000 for marketing and $14000 for printing of the book. No marketing was ever done, and the books have not been printed. They sent him to a book fare in London for a signing and once he arrived, they did not have his name on the list or anyone from Epic Books there. He bought a suit and roundtrip airfare to be stood up. They will not return phone calls or answer Whats app messages. The have gone MIA since collecting his money. He Should have known something was up when they had an excuse every time he wanted to go personally and meet them, they were not available in the office, going to Ramadan or some other excuse.

Beware of them asking for large amounts of money for services. You may not get the services you pay for. We are now having to dispute charges on our card, the other portion of the money came from his pension. All of these years of work into his pension now gone because of these low lifes.

This company took my money, did terrible editing and caused my book months just sitting and going nowhere. this company is a scam,
Their main office is in a Nursery school.
They demanded over $thousands from my neighbor and he is charging them as theft. I'm not surprised as they messed my book up too.

This company is a scam. They use AI to pretend to do work. Don’t give them a dime, you never get anything back.

Hired their whole service, they were very lousy with deadlines and the quality of the service was just bad. Later I was asked to do a higher investment to get books printed out and send to stores and they sent me AI generated images of the book on shelves. They are a scam company, stay away.

My experience with Epic Book Writers was very disappointing. The service felt unprofessional, deadlines were missed, and several commitments made at the beginning were not fulfilled. The promises discussed during the initial stage did not match the final outcome, which was frustrating and time‑consuming. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services and advise others to proceed carefully and ensure everything is clearly agreed upon in writing.

Before they take your money they are flexible in their schedule in working with you but after signing the contract and getting paid its like instant night and day. They became very difficult to reach. Didn't return phone calls.

I was told that I would have a team of female writers and they didnt use AI, WHAT A JOKE!!!! That was the opposite of what I got. I talked to someone name Sophie but her email said her name was Grace,..shady. They only wanted to use WhatsApp to communicate which indicated they are not in the country the initial calls were coming from...if you know what I mean.

I'm sorry but WhatsApp doesn't show professionalism.

When you ask someone to write your story it takes more than a half hour meeting. When we finished our first meeting I told her there is more to the story and we will need to finish later that week.

The work I got back was suprisingly quick but was complete gibberish and wasn't even my story. Didn’t make the time to meet again with me to complete how my story ended or get the in between layout of the chapters. They wrote the entire book in a few days and made up the rest. It was difficult to read and utter nonsense.

I spent my time editing and rewriting what they sent back to me before I could then return it to them to edit. I basically was writing my own book when I hired them to be the ghostwriter and unlimited editing.

Be careful they will ghost you and give you back garbage just so they can say they produced a body of work and they will make up stories using chatgpt. Its been nearly a year and phone calls not returned.

The only reason why you don't see a lot of negative comments of them anywhere is because they put in their contract a defamation section. It seems to give them the right to produce poor work, and be unprofessional. After my experience I cant be silent and people need to aware of what they may be getting into. Understandably, not everyone's experience is the same but this is my experience.

Scammer and fraudster is how I would rate these guys as they ran away with my money, got my Amazon Seller account suspended with thousands of dollars of FBA inventory stuck there. They ghost you once they have successfully cheated you.

EPIC has answered my review. And here is my answer to their review: Epic never completed the service task. The $100.00 dollars for the translation was an abortion. You actually took my book and put it through 'GOOGLE Translate' and called it a professional Spanish translation. That wasn't very good. That's why I stopped you and asked for the money back, but you refused.
The book, according to AMAZON and Barnes and Noble, had to be republished, which I did with another company.
I was about to address everything you said, but I won't dignify you with a response. My books are being published in both languages, and I am happy with the new company.
Thanks for all you claim you did, but it could have been done better if your customer service had been more cooperative. But I had to pay a new company to republish my book.
