Unclear ordering process, great customer support

When ordering I was under the impression that I purchased a +10 run, and it wasn’t until after I made my payment that I purchased a +7. Additionally, the key I selected was not the one I got to run.

After purchase it was unclear what steps I needed to take or how long the process would be, and I needed to reach out go customer support to get things moving. (Customer support was kind and speedy)

The details of the run, including the key level and dungeon selection, are normally shown on the order page before checkout, but we understand that things can sometimes be confusing, especially if you’re placing an order quickly. We’ll take this feedback into account as we continue improving the clarity of the ordering flow.

As for the dungeon itself, depending on the service type, the exact key can sometimes change if the original one isn’t available or if the team needs to adjust the route to start the run faster. That said, we completely understand why this could be unexpected from your side.

Not great, but fixable

Made an order for a Marathon Outpost boost, but they kept wiping, draining my resources, resulting in a net negative after the boost.

Edit: they got in contact and offered to compensate.

Thank you for the feedback. We’re sorry to hear the run left you with that impression.

Marathon Outpost is still a fairly new activity and there are some mechanics from the publisher’s side that can make these runs less predictable than usual. Wipes can sometimes happen during progression attempts, especially while teams adapt to the encounter and its balance. That said, the goal is always to complete the order while keeping any resource usage as reasonable as possible.

If the run resulted in a noticeable loss of your resources, we’d really like to take a closer look at the situation. Please contact us with your order number so we can review the details of the boost and see what exactly happened during the run.

Excellent

Excellent. The guy was great in every way. Great skill. Great leadership. Great personal skills. I look for ones who will make the experience enjoyable, and he did so. It's nice to have a professional who is willing and able to do the small talk as well. If it were just winning the games and no talking, it'd be average. Though they far exceeded that. 5 stars, well done, and thank you.

Integrity Low

I requested a boosting service, during which the booster chose to learn professions on my character. While that alone was not a major concern, they proceeded to select a specialization—likely without realizing that the game does not allow this choice to be reversed.

As a result, actions were taken on my account that had a lasting impact on my gameplay experience, without my consent. I feel that the service provider took unnecessary liberties while accessing my character.

Overall, I would not recommend this company. Additionally, my experience with Alessio, a customer representative, who reviewed my case, was disappointing. There appeared to be a lack of understanding of customer service principles and an inability to effectively assess the situation or provide a reasonable solution.
