Okay, but not worth it :(

Communication was good, but the boost itself did not meet expectations.
It took two days to organize a group, and in the end it was just one healer plus three random LFG players.
The group wiped on the first boss and seemed undergeared compared to my own character.
Although we completed the run without further issues, the overall quality did not justify the price paid.

Great service start to finish!

First time I have used Epiccarry, completed 3 different raid runs in World of Warcraft today. Customer support comms was excellent, and raid invites on time as advertised. Really pleased to have the mounts, thank-you for your services!

Customer support was friendly and chatty- which is rare! I swear the booster I got to, he already had everything ready and under a minute I had my 4th ascendancy!? I HAD GRINDED FOR HOURS AND LOST!!

Disappointing Experience: Paid Options Not Respected

I had a really bad experience with Epiccarry and would not recommend them if you care about instructions or hero choice.

I ordered a one-rank boost in Marvel Rivals, from Diamond 1 to Grandmaster 3. I selected Vanguard role, paid extra for specific hero selection, and also chose the streaming option (which was free, but still part of the order).

Right away, communication was bad. The website moderator replied very slowly to every message. It took a long time just to find a booster. When they finally did, the booster said he couldn’t stream because it would be “too laggy.” That was annoying but not the main issue.

Here’s where it got much worse:

I was told I wasn’t allowed to talk directly to my booster at all and could only speak through the moderator.

The booster was about to start without asking what hero I wanted, even though I PAID EXTRA for specific heroes.

I had to remind the moderator about my preferred hero and even gave two backup heroes.

Then the moderator said there was a “problem” because the season was ending in 10 hours, acting like that wasn’t enough time to climb ONE rank in non–high elo.

Because of this, they said the booster had to play his own specialty heroes, and maybe could use my third-choice hero.

The booster then started playing without my approval and used Phoenix, which:

Was NOT one of my selected heroes

Was NOT a Vanguard hero

He played two matches like this while I was still complaining. After that, I asked for a refund. The moderator agreed that 50% refund was “fair” since two matches were played — even though both matches completely ignored my paid instructions.

On top of all that, the booster changed many of my in-game settings without asking or even telling me. That is completely unacceptable.

Overall, this was poor service, bad communication, and paid options being ignored. Even though the price is cheaper than some other sites, you get what you pay for.

If you care about hero choice, role selection, or clear instructions — choose a different site.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’d like to clarify several important points.

First of all, regarding communication. Our manager responses in chat were within 1 minute on average, and during account access verification up to few minutes. We always aim to keep response times fast, especially in time-sensitive orders like yours.

About the stream option. We were fully prepared to provide streaming, as selected. However, due to the proxy/VPN with the chosen location, the connection became unstable and caused significant delay. In this case, streaming would have negatively affected performance and potentially the result, so it was not recommended.

Regarding the role and hero selection. You are correct that you selected Vanguard and paid for specific heroes. There was a mistake in execution here, and we acknowledge that. However, with the season ending in approximately 10 hours, you clearly expressed that you wanted the boost started as quickly as possible with a strong booster. At that moment, most of our high-rank boosters were focused on final-season high end orders.

Given the limited time window, we prioritized securing an experienced booster immediately rather than delaying the start while searching for a role-perfect match. In the two games played, the booster delivered excellent performance with strong KDA and MVP results. The intention was to secure fast and safe progress within the limited timeframe.

As for direct communication with the booster, the order was only for 3–4 matches and should take 2-3 hours. Since you emphasized urgency, we used the standard moderated communication process to avoid further delays.

We understand that this compromise did not meet your expectations. The goal was to complete the order quickly before the season reset, based on your request for immediate start. Unfortunately, this approach led to dissatisfaction, and we regret that.

Regarding the refund, since two matches were completed and progress was made, a 50% refund was issued as a balanced resolution.

We never intend to ignore paid options, and this situation was the result of prioritizing speed over configuration at your request. That said, we acknowledge that execution could have been handled better.

If you would like to discuss this further or suggest a different resolution, please contact us directly. We are open to reviewing the case again and finding a solution that feels fair to you.
