Ordered during the current crisis. I was concerned about timing and arrival as I needed these to manage school crowd traffic. I inquired and was Roxanne made sure I would have these in time for the school year.

The items I ordered online indicated that they were in stock. Only to find out that after ordering, I received a message within the website that the items were out of stock. It would have been better to receive an email instead. I called the company to inquire about my order the first time and again just now and each time the person who answers the phone (Greg) I believe is his name, tells me to respond to any emails that were sent regarding my order. Why do you have a contact number on your website if you can never get a resolution to your issue by talking with someone? Very frustrating as a customer. I still have not received my order although it's been communicated that it has shipped. Not sure I will order from this company again.

I still don't have my order so keep sending me emails and asking for reviews.

I ordered 6' distance markers, which were the nicest design I could find on line. They also included the masking requirement, which is impossible to find. They arrived quickly, were the BEST price I could find (and I do A LOT of research), and seem as if they're durable enough to suit our outdoor spaces. I'll be ordering more for other areas of our campus.

Website isn’t updated with in and out of stock items. Most items are out of stock. Got an email 10 days ago saying my items had been shipped and included a tracking number. Turns out a shipping label was printed but the package still hasn’t been delivered to fedex. I would not recommend this company.

Shipping was fast, order arrived earlier than I thought. The order was correct. My issue is with customer service. I was not aware from the website that the floor decals I ordered were not meant for outdoor use. I emailed, chatted, and called to inquire about a refund or exchange and I've still not heard from anyone.

Products came earlier then expected. The products are Wonderful quality and easy to assemble.

I wish your website would have said that items were back ordered before I placed the order. It was disappointing to receive an email after the fact with the news that we won't be getting the item as expected.

When I ordered in mid June, you said the delivery will be beginning of July. When I contacted you in mid-July, you said the inventory is in and the shipping will take place very soon. And now it is end of July. You should give us a discount for planned delivery a month late than originally promised. P.S.: I still have not received shipping info.

We needed the item before the end of the week and it was fast shipped and due to arrive on Thursday, so the help was greatly appreciated!

The reason I am only giving you 3 stars is quality control. If I allowed a product to leave bent and with welds not ground out I would be reprimanded. Other than that the product is good.

I was very pleased with the service I got. Although the items I wanted were not in stock Epic stayed in contact with me and I was able to get them by the time I needed them most. Open communication at it's best!

Quick service. Outstandingly product. Purchased three jute ropes with wall brackets for our restaurant crowd managing. The live chat was super helpful. The jute ropes are beautiful! Very happy with my purchase!

Easy to deal with, order was delivered as communicated despite back order situation

I ordered 6 stanchions however one box arrived broken with one stanchion and base missing. I emailed photographic evidence and customer service promptly responded and mailed a replacement. Well done, thank you!
