Very responsive. Answered my call and provided shipment email so I could track the product once it shipped.

I called to inquire about their average shipping timelines due to the current situation, and I spoke to someone right away. They gave me a window, and voila, it came earlier than expected! Thank you!

New there would be a shortage on the crowd barriers but when called they were able to find me what I needed and they shipped super fast.

Pleased with product

I worked with Greg on my order and he was terrific. I really enjoy working with Epic because if there is ever an issue with my order it is dealt with immediately. Usually you pay a premium for this kind of service but my research always brings me back to Epic from a competitive price standpoint as well. I will be tempted to not even shop my next purchase.......well,maybe not. Gotta keep them on their toes!

I ordered stanchions for our business . Within minutes of my purchase Roxanne reached out to let me know the stanchions were on back order and to offer other products to suit my needs. I informed Roxanne I would prefer to wait for them to come in, she told me she would keep me posted as to when they are available and shipped. She did just that, defiantly went above and beyond with customer service to make sure we received our purchase.

Product was back ordered, but company kept us up to date on the status of our order. Every staff member I spoke with was friendly.

I really appreciate fast responses and conversing with real people, and EPIC Solutions shared both of that with me as a customer. Like many, I like being in the know with the purchases I make for my company so communication is key, especially when many services are stalled due to COVID.
