Timely responses, great service, friendly staff, reasonable charges. We are very impressed with EP Tax.

Just dumped all my tax stuff on Anna Sharlotte and her team yet again - a dreaded and regular occurrence at this time each year.
To my amazement Anna had resolved everything (some of it was quite complicated) in less than an hour and I left knowing exactly what my CGT liability was which was less than I anticipated. My income tax was also logged and calculated. So pleased to be with EP Tax - they are a pleasure to work with!

I love the fact EP Tax gives you a great personal service, they are on call every day to answer any questions and steer you in the right direction.

The use of Xero through them makes invoicing and managing you cash flow easily.

Anna called me for a brief call, regarding buy to let, which was very informative and helpful. Anna was very friendly and made understanding the complexities easier.

Popped in a few times met Danielle, always a smile to welcome me and gave exceptional advice. Today I met Anna, again I couldn't fault the meeting, made me feel comfortable discussing matters. Again advice given was beyond my expectations.

UPDATE** We had difficulty navigating new tax obligations after leaving the MoD, and certain terms were unclear to us. Rather than offering helpful guidance, we received a harsh and accusatory response from this firm, particularly hurtful as we faced a £3,300 tax bill. We simply needed clearer explanations, not criticism and unfair accusations, incredibly rude practise manager, I was happy to leave it and go out separate ways but her rude email was intolerable and frankly hurtful. Disappointing experience made much worse by an unprofessional practise manager**

(Original Review) Our experience with EP Tax was highly disappointing. As new clients unfamiliar with the complexities of tax returns after leaving the military, we expected guidance and support. Instead, we were met with poor communication, a lack of empathy, and an unwillingness to provide the help we needed. Rather than assisting us to resolve any misunderstandings, they abruptly disengaged with an incredibly rude message, leaving us feeling abandoned at a critical time. Their approach was far from the professional service we were promised and expected.

Super friendly service. Great setup for face to face and virtual meetings. Efficient and fast working. Down the line advice. Can't fault them.
