Ryddig og kjapp levering 👌

Ordering was easy. The company communicated with me when there was a brief shipping delay. I had my leathers by the end of the week. Very happy with the leathers. No unnecessary leg interference makes riding feel so much better.

Excellent experience as always

Great products and pricing! I received my orders!!!! Quickly;))

Prompt reply to my query
Excellent customer service.. replaced item next day by courier delivery and followed up with call to see that all well

Have had great success with my this bit. My horse has a sensitive mouth. He is doing much better reaching out his head to help with his gait.
My trainer is going to reorder this bit for another horse here.

Super fast delivery and great communication with delivery arrangements!

Super easy to order and very fast shipping

Quick delivery and great customer service!

Quick delivery! Nice swag gifts included with purchase ☺️

Excellent experience with great communication. Fearghal kept me informed on the status of the item I ordered. It arrived surprisingly quickly to the US in perfect condition. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Great customer service in responding to emails. Product exactly as ordered and great quality! Now my daughter's leathers match her Mademoiselle saddle.

Ordered from Australia. Ferghal texted me soon after to advise me of a bit that was out of stock. He was fantastic at keeping me updated on the order and I received my items within a couple of days of the bit coming into stock. I’m very impressed by the service which gave me such peace of mind despite ordering from the other side of the world! Equijumpltd has some amazing pieces we don’t have in Australia so it may be come a regular store for me for such items going forward. I’ve already ordered another piece! 10/10 recommend.

Excellent customer service! Very friendly to speak to to check on stock & advice on bit size. Speedy next day delivery. Got a TRUST bit & my horse loves it as he has a super sensitive mouth. Great to deal with.

Ótimo atendimento e entrega

Really good communication, had a hiccup with delivery company. Sorted my Equijump, telephoned to give me update of my order, offered alternatives for me. Highly recommend this company for excellent customer care & boots exactly as ordered.

Reece and Fergal are always so easy going and obliging without ever being pushy. They are just very easy to work with and they only stock a very high standard of products.

Excellent customer service! Speedy delivery to the USA. The bit is beautiful quality, and my horse loves it. My horse has a super sensitive mouth, but he is very quiet and happy with this bit. Thank you, it was just what I was looking for.
