Do not accept A lower offer of refund to what you paid, its fraud, they are stealing money from you by advertising designer goods then sending out poor fakes. If you have purchased with your debit or credit card even a back transfer call your bank and dispute it, they will refund your money back in full..PLEASE.PLEASE.PLEASE Report to thw police, Trustpilot as they have falsely put a 5* trust pilot on their website. Report to Trading Standards HMRC who can stop their deliveries coming into the UK. THIS IS FRAUD ON A MASSIVE LEVEL AND IF YOU DONT REPORT THEM AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK THROUGH YOUR BANK THEY WILL CONTINUE TO DO THIS AND GET RICH FROM PEOPLE LIKE US.

One star is generous. These are the worst fakes I have ever bought. It would almost be funny if I hadn't paid £70. A scam company, don't know how they sleep at night.

Iv only given it 1 star because I cant give in zero..... absolutely the biggest rip off online.... the quality is beyond belief.... threadbare cheap and absolute garbage.... DONT BUY A THING.. ....returns only accepted within 14 days of purchase ..... they dont arrive until after 14 days.... coincidence?.... you decide... no contact number...... total SCAM

They are advertising Ralph Lauren goods for sale. THEY ARE FAKE. Read the other reviews. I wish I had! I asked that my order be cancelled and a full refund issued, this was ignored. I persisted, they have now responded saying my goods have already been despatchrd. That is untrue, up until yesterday it hadn't. This is just a delaying tactic. What a dreadful company. Any decent genuine company wants to show that they value their customers and their own reputation and will not qibble about issuing a refund. Please don't send them your money. Facebook you should not allow them to advertise on your site. I will keep this updated. Update on 11/12/25 Due to my last email to them telling them they are liars pretending to have despstched the item when it was clear they hadn't and stating that I would not give up until I receive my refund, today they have emailed and stated they have issued a full refund but it might take up to 10 days to reach my account. So lets see what happens! I will keep you updated

Ordered a Ralph Lauren bomber jacket from this company. When it eventually arrived it was a Chinese manufactured fake. The logo on the jacket front was an iron on print - and a poor one at that - the labels on the inside of the jacket were most definitely not a Ralph Lauren product. I emailed the company complaining and they were apologetic and asked for images to be sent so they could investigate. However when I attempted to email the company with the relevant information, the emails kept bouncing back. I emailed the company again but I am now blocked.

Have nothing to do with this Company I ordered a Ralph Loren jumper and cancelled it within 30 minutes after reading the reviews on this Company. It took over 4 days for them to tell me they couldn't cancel my order as already been sent. The item I received is nothing like the knitted illustration on the advert it is a cheap polyester/cotton T shirt like material and very thin. The false'Ralph Loren' motive appears to be stuck on. I am appalled this company can advertise on Google and include a union jack on its advertisement making people assume they are a British company. I normally am very careful about companies I buy on line from but just this once I wasn't and doesn't seem any point in trying to send it back for a refund as most people say they just ignore you. I would advise anyone tempted to buy from them to ignore the glowing reviews on their advert as they are obviously false and not waste their money.

I ordered a Ralph lauren bomber Jacket size XL,the Jacket is very poor quality and is way smaller than an XL and it is definitely not Ralph lauren it is a fake it has a cheap logo on the front and the label says vogue press,the company should be investigated for selling fake products and Google should not allow them to advertise its terrible.Totally avoid this seller.

This company is a joke. I generally look at reviews for items before I buy, but I got carried away when I saw this advertised "Bargain" Ralph Loren jumper half price & free delivery. I ordered it straight away for a christmaa gift.
When it arrived it was very poor quality, no labels in & too big. I emailed them several times for a return address which I never received. I ended up accepting 30% refund & keep the item.
It was like trying to get blood out of a stone getting any response from them, so I really cant stress enough do not bother with this company.
