The chair is supremely comfortable !! It is really soothing to sit in.
The IT350 (high back, standard seat, extra foam, inflatable lumbar support ) is a medium sized chair, suitable for all members of the family. The 'golden' colour is a warm brown which blends in with the furniture. It is great to have all the options to create a bespoke chair, for a medium price.

When the chair was delivered, the vinyl smelt terrible - it had a burnt smell. After a month with the window open on trickle, the smell is no longer noticeable.

Amelia and Annie were so helpful in promptly answering my many questions and ordering the vinyl samples. Thank you for your wonderful customer service.

The chair I bought had a fault. I contacted the team and sent a video showing the fault and they promptly arranged a replacement, which was also an upgrade. Deliveries were straight forward and arrived when expected.

Ergo had the exact size and type of cabinet I was looking for at a very good price. Ordering was straightforward and their comms was first class; delivery on the day and time agreed. The delivery guys were friendly, helpful and brought the cabinet to exactly where I wanted it, delivered with great care.

I would definitely recommend.

The used office furniture range form Ergo is excellent. It's very easy to see the stock and choose what you want. The descriptions and pictures were very accurate. The service was even better - Ergo held our furniture until he new office was ready - they delivered when they said they would and fitted the furniture quickly and accurately. All in all I would highly recommend them.

It's difficult trying to buy an office chair "unseen", but Annie @ Ergo Outlet was extremely knowledgeable & helpful and I am delighted with my purchase.

Product as described . Issue raised as one of the keys missing , but Ergo got this sorted within 24 hours.

Amazing customer support. I bought a chait but it had issues with the gas, they replaced it no fuss.

The chair arrived in good time, It's the version 1 Leap task chair, they don't mention this but you can tell from the photos if you know what chair you're looking for.

They advertise it has having the 4D height adjustable arms which is wrong, since it's the Leap V1 its the older 3D adjustable arms.

Also it is missing a part, the sliding lumbar support for the back, which is also not mentioned in the advert.

So, the chair is decent and a decent price but they have wrong and misleading information on the advert for the chair which is why I've given it 2 stars.

Excellent services and great product quality as described.

First of all. The K22 Chair, just get it. Has all the things you need in a chair and if you are stuck in front of your monitors all day, you will appreciate the mesh. I accidentally ordered the version without a headrest, but contacted Ergo Outlet and they came back to me within 30 minutes and I had a headrest delivered the next day... Just amazing. 🥳
