I wanted to say thank you

I wanted to say thank you, but it was a huge disappointment. I'm 52 years old, and for the first time, I left a hair salon in tears, embarrassed to go out. I went for a haircut and blow-dry, but unfortunately, the stylist cut my bangs too short to hide my eyebrows, which I specifically requested.
Of course, they didn't charge me and offered a free hair treatment. I was afraid it would get worse, so l declined.
We celebrated my daughter's 20th birthday, embarrassed and without taking any photos.

Not professional and poor quality total rip off

Went there to get my pedicure done, Semrah was really good at her job and my feet felt soft and toenails look brand new after 5 weeks of traveling, swimming etc.

My daughter had her nails extension done by another artist, she wasn’t good. She did her nails too hard, her nails were left too thin and bleeding. The extensions came off overnight and more came off the next day. I paid £54 for them. It was a rip off and it wasn’t even a good job.

I also had my curly hair trimmed by the stylist and that was too short even though I said just to cut a tiny fringe off, but he kept chopping my curls off and pulled my hair too hard nearly took a chunk out.

The manager however was a different story, she was rude when I asked the total as I did have a lot of jobs done with them, and they wanted cash. She used her calculator, totalled them and smacked the calculator my way and that left me completely confused. What kind of professionals are they?

All in all, don’t spend your hard earned money here. They treat the guests of their country with disrespect and they didn’t even give you the courtesy and service that you paid for. Go somewhere else.

No star unfortunately that wasn’t an option here

We're pleased to hear that Semra delivered a great pedicure, but we sincerely apologize for the nail extension and haircut experiences that did not meet your expectations. Nails that are left too thin, extensions that come off overnight, and a haircut that goes beyond what was requested are all serious concerns that we take very seriously. Your daughter's comfort and the quality of her service should have been our absolute priority.
We are also deeply sorry for the way the payment was handled. Every guest deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy regardless of the circumstances, and the behavior you described falls completely below our standards.

Savaj gave me a great hair cut and blowout!

Savaj gave me a hair cut and blowout. He is fantastic. Prices are very reasonable. Savaj is truly a professional and does such a great job.
I am visiting Istanbul from Los Angeles and found Ersin via google. I highly recommend the Ersin in Hotel Marmara close to Taksim square:-)

Great quality hair service in Istanbul

AMAZING SERVICE.
We took the risk of visiting a random salon in Istanbul. This was the perfect place for us. 4 of us visited for a haircut and balayage. Price was average. Really good quality and treatment. A lovely lady done our hair for us, her name is Rose, she was sweet. We would definitely return to have a haircut and hair treatment by her again.

I visited this salon while travelling through Istanbul and had hair extensions, ombre, and a haircut done by Ersin—he was absolutely fantastic! He took the time to understand what I wanted, offered great suggestions, and gave me one of the best transformations I’ve had in ages. The attention to detail and care he put into it really stood out. The salon had a lovely, relaxed vibe and the team was welcoming. Highly recommend Ersin if you’re in the city and looking for a professional, stylish touch. So glad I stumbled across this place!
