Msi is total scam. I bought 3200€ laptop MSI Vector. It has significant screen bleeding in every corner visible during day light. The customes support said that this is absolutelly normal. Buy Asus instead. They are serious. Msi is worst notebook brand ever.

Muy decepcionado con la política de descuentos de msi. Tras suscribirme a su programa de puntos para optar a un descuento que ofrecen el mes de tu cumpleaños lo niegan aduciendo que tienes que suscribirte a su boletín en el mes anterior (cosa que no aparece clara en su web), aunque me suscribí el día 1 lo niegan aduciendo a la LOPD cuando en realidad es por una política interna suya. Si funcionan con esta inflexibilidad en perjuicio del cliente con algo tan sencillo no quiero imaginar cómo funcionarán con algo más complejo como averías o devoluciones. Mi laptop nuevo será Acer en vez de MSI tras esta experiencia.

La caja MSI MAG FORGE 121A AIRFLOW me parece una opcion muy asequible y calidad-precio.
La he usado por 6 meses y no me ha dado problemas, funciona bien es bonita y cumples su funcion excelentemente.

Muy mal él servicio cliente. Les compro 4 pantallas curvas de 32 pulgadas después de 6 meses una me da problemas de colores en una pantalla. Me mandan mandarlo y no se hacen responsable de los danos que puede tener la pantalla en él viaje. No le volveré comprar nada.

I purchased a 240Hz 1ms 1440p HDR monitor from this company. Roughly a year later, a black line flicker started to appear on my screen. I thought this was Windows, so I did a fresh install and chose to keep my files. Well, I ended up losing everything on my pc. I reached out to MSI, who told me I had to show proof of the malfunction, which I did then I was told I would be responsible for shipping. I tried to ship it with USPS, and they wanted me to pay 190$. I was very reluctant as this was nearly the price of the monitor, so I went to UPS and ultimately ended up spending 90$ in shipping/materials. When MSI received my package, they sent me an email saying they would not be repairing my monitor due to shipping damage. The pictures they sent me showed that only the screen was damaged, from what looked like pressure being applied. Thee whole reason the monitor was sent in because the screen was already damaged to begin with, and they had ample proof before shipping it.) They told me that I could pay them 240$ to have them repair it, or they would ship me back my broken monitor in 2 weeks.

I find it insane considering that all they had to do was replace the screen, which was already damaged. They found a cop out to avoid doing the repair or just sending me a new monitor. I highly recommend that nobody do business with this company, as they employ shady tactics to gain an advantage. They don't care about their customers or ratings; they only want money. I'm now over a month without a monitor and at a complete loss.

The laptops you sell are bad to the point where i now consider you scammers.

I bought TWO IDENTICAL laptops. Rtx4080 and i9. One for me, one for my kid. Both not only need to be undervoltet as hell, i also need to cap the cores at 37 AND to have my fans on full speed.

If not, thermal shutdown within 5 minutes of gameplay. Even with 15 year old games. And with these settings, guess what? Still the occasional thermal shutdown. Could have bought a laptop for 1/3 of the price and it would have performed better.

I hope you all rot in a jail cell, it's the only place you belong.

Had a motherboard die after only 2 years of use. Opened an RMA and sent the board back to MSI for repair. They took 3 weeks and sent it back, not repaired. When I messaged them about it they claimed the board was repaired and it must be the CPU. I put a brand new retail boxed CPU in, the board still would not POST or show any video. I asked for another RMA and they had it another 3 weeks. The RMA website did not update with any progress at all, when I was about to call them to find out what was going on a brand new board showed up at my door. That's all well and good but now I have to purchase a brand new office and windows license because those were bound to the old motherboard. 2 months to finally get a replacement board and having to buy new licenses is a joke. They should have just repaired the board the first time and not send back a broken board then tried to blame the CPU for their incompetence.

I have had 2 dud MOBOs from this company. I note their poor support documentation - I don't think I have ever seen their literature refer to the error codes on the board. Their problem solving is the classic, take things out 1 at a time, try it and if it solves the problem then great. And if it doesn't solve the problem, try the next component. I was doing that 40 years ago...and MSI hasn't moved on. Completely unacceptable for a "high end" MOBO

Realmente me decidí a comprarla porque me encanto su apariencia, su estética elegante en un color negro mate que destaca sobre todos los demás componentes del PC y por que la quería de 360mm. Pero metiéndome mas en sus características principales os diré que es una refrigeración de gama alta, su pantalla IPS de 2,4 pulgadas que puedes personalizar a tu gusto tanto con gifs e imágenes predefinidas que ya lleva el programa o incluyéndole las tuyas propias (que en estos tiempos que corren la personalización en un PC es una cosa que los gamers buscamos sin parar) ademas también puedes poner valores de temperatura, velocidades, etc los cuales también se verán nítidos, en pocas palabras una pantallita espectacular. Eso por un lado. Por otro lado tienes el radiador, que parece muy simple pero esta hecho perfectamente para disipar todo el calor del procesador, siendo mas técnico, la temperatura de la refrigeración es de 32º estables en reposo, dándome la tranquilidad suficiente para saber que el refrigerante esta a una temperatura mas que aceptable, y hablo de la temperatura del liquido, no del procesador, ya que para controlar la temperatura de este también tiene un pequeño ventilador en la bomba que va pegado al disipador del procesador para así refrigerar mas rápidamente. He de deciros que para el que no es muy mañoso a la hora de poner la pasta térmica me llamo la atención que lleva preaplicada una fina capa de esta, para que sea mucho mas rápido ponerla a funcionar y sin preocuparte de si sera cantidad suficiente o no. En general diría que es una refrigeración liquida perfecta para cualquier tipo de pc ya sea de AMD o Intel ya que tiene soporte a placa para estos dos tipos de socket. (Los valores los pongo en reposo ya que cada uno puede jugar a juegos mas o menos exigentes o cada uno tiene un tipo de configuración en tema de OC, entonces he decidido poner los valores en reposo en mi PC)

Horrible customer service, and even more horrible laptop that keeps overheating and breaking all its internal components time after time. Overheating is apparently customers fault - not a design fault, or that's what their customer support thinks.

He adquirido una targeta grafica en tienda web de aqui de España ,al intentar registrar el prodicto en la pagina wueb de MSI me da error, me pongo en contacto con ellos y me comentan que no puedo registrarla por estar manipulada la factura , y que pueden tomar medidas legales , yo les he dicho por activa y por pasiva que es la única factura que me ha mandado la tienda ,incluso les he echo capturas de pantalla de los movimientos de compra y de mi tarjeta ,pero siguen insistiendo en que la factura esta manipulada .Les he comentado que no quiero perder mas el tiempo despues de 4 o 5 emails y que procedere a devolver la grafica y comprar otra de la competencia . Esto solo para registrala ,no quiero pensar que sera si tengo que hacer uso de la garantia

they have nice Stuff (Dragon Means Alot) and there Pro-Gaming Stuff can be improved of course ! all about the price and the Quality "So Far So Close To Reality" Not Every review is True! So i tested it and i 1ike it ;)

I have bought the ATX MSI MAG A850GL to provide all the power needed to my new PC that I built.
It's a very good product, with good material and awsome quality. If you ask if I'd recommend it, the ansewer will be a huge YES!

Cuando escuché sobre este monitor me parecía una locura, pero cuando lo compré ha superado todas mis expectativas, las tenía altas pero las ha superado, si quieres experiencia única en shooter y probar el verdadero QD-OLED, compra.

Compré un monitor de 27 pulgadas que parecia estar muy bien pero empezaron a salir lineas que fallan en la parte baja del monitor despues de un tiempo, y claro el problema de los monitores es que tienes que tener otro para mandar el que falla a reparar, ahora tengo que ver todo con las lineas abajo. He comprado varios monitores en mi vida de otras marcas y ninguno me fallo pasando muchos mas años que con este, no vuelvo a comprar un MSI

Three high end laptops returned in under eighteen months. Poor quality product. Poor customer service. When I buy a high end laptop I expect it to be reliable, not cost me loss of earnings!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Finaly I had contact with somebody wo has read the full story. They have repaired everything under warrantee. So that was above my expectation. This is really changing my view of MSI in better ways.

I bought a Creator Z17 A12UHT 1.5 year ago, for almost 3000euro. Previous year the SSD was stopped working. MSI did not give warrantee because they said it is an expensive ssd. So I had to repaired it by my selves. Now the screen has an crack. I asked them to send me a new screen and the costs about it. But the still keeping saying that I have to send the laptop to an repair thing of MSI. Than for sure the say it isn’t guaranteed and you have to pay investigation costs as well. So everyone, don’t buy MSI. The laptop is really poor quality and you don’t get any service or warrantee!

100% garbage laptops and support!
The laptop became partially non-functional after about 4 years
They claim it was "out of warranty" therefore no long able to provide even basic support
They then recently said it was discontinued and could not send me schematics to help to repair it myself!
Nearly everything -- including people - are being made to intentionally be faulty after certain period of time for increased profits.
I won't be buying from MSI again!

Compré un portatil msi hace 6 años. Funciona genial, y el servicio tecnico de la compañia, siempre responde a mis incidencias de software rapido y de manera efectiva. Me volveré a comprar un MSI cuando deseche este.
