Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I'm truly sorry to read your disappointment, and completely understand how frustrating it can be when a delivery doesn’t arrive on the estimated date.
After carefully checking our records, I can confirm the following timeline: your order was placed on Sunday, December 28. It was prepared on Monday, December 29, and shipped the same day at 2:19 pm, which is within our usual dispatch timeframe of under 24 working hours.
The parcel left France on December 30 and arrived in Spain on December 31. Unfortunately, January 1st is a public holiday, which meant deliveries were paused, and the parcel could only be delivered on January 2nd.
While we do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delivery dates can occasionally be affected by public holidays and the carrier’s schedule, which are unfortunately beyond our control.

Hello :)Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm so sorry to hear that the fabric did not meet your expectations.
The garments shown on our website are exactly the same pieces that are sent to customers, there is no difference in fabric or construction. That said, I completely understand that it can be difficult to fully perceive the weight, thickness or feel of a fabric through a screen, even with multiple photos and detailed descriptions. Nothing beats reality.

Oooooh I am deeply sorry if we made a mistake in the preparation of the order. Of course we are doing the right thing to correct this situation ;) A return is absolutely possible, especially when you have received the wrong size (see on our website last insert: https://uk.toonzshop.com/return-m60132-en.html). 
I highly recommend reaching out to our customer service team at commandes@toonzshop.com (please attach a clear picture with the wrong size). My colleague Dlephine will answer you very quickly.

I’m really sorry to read your disappointment, and I understand how frustrating it is when the quality doesn’t meet your expectations. We never want anyone to feel let down by their order.
We’re a very small team and not a fast-fashion brand, and our prices reflect small production runs, ethical manufacturing, and materials that are often eco-responsible (as the ordered leggings); but that never excuses a quality issue!! If relevant, send photos of the item so we can understand what happened and see how we can help. Even if you decide not to order again, we’d really appreciate the chance to support you properly and find a fair solution.

Thank you for your review. I’m really sorry if the invitation to share your experience felt intrusive. Normally, we send one message when your order is delivered and a single reminder one week later - if you received more than that, it’s absolutely not normal and I sincerely apologize. You can of course unsubscribe from Trustpilot invitations if needed.
Regarding your parcel, I can see that it was delivered yesterday. You’re right, the dispatch was a bit longer than usual. According to the tracking, once the parcel arrived in Spain, it encountered an exceptional issue that unfortunately delayed the delivery, and I’m really sorry about that. I truly hope you’ve received it and that everything meets your expectations.
