we have used Escape for all of our hot tub needs recently, service, part replacement and just advice. the customer service is excellent, I would highly recommend them

excellent service would use again

Faulty hot tub - Rubbish customer service AVOID!!
Faulty hot tub - 2nd time the plug has now melted where the fuse is. Escape hot tubs refusing to help and accept responsibility. Correct 13amp socket fitted on advice of Escape Hot tubs they are now claiming that's the issue, and changing their mind with what they are saying each email I receive. I have had 3 separate independent electricians come and tell me the same thing that its the plug and the tub is pulling too much power but yet they are trying to charge me for a call out and parts even though its under warranty and less than 6 months for them to lie to my face and say its the socket. I wanted it safety checking with all this in mind. I'm not one to leave a review but I have had no choice this time, tried to sort out but company refused. AVOID!

Hi Gemma, i'm sorry you've felt the need to leave this review in less than 48 hours after your request for assistance.
We've tried to be as informative and as helpful as possible in the explanation that the circuit you currently have your hot tub running off isn't dedicated and therefore could deem to be unfit for purpose.
Your hot tub will draw a maximum of 10.2A when in operation (2kW heater on/two-speed pump on low - circulation).
The documents we issued to you upon your request to buy goods from us stated that the hot tubs supply must be dedicated and come directly from the main fuse board and must not be shared with any other socket(s). (This can cause an overload on the circuit when other appliances are in use and the total circuit draws more than is available to it via the breaker in the main distribution board).
Upon our visit, it was found that the circuit was in fact shared and spurred off a socket from your living room. It was verbally agreed with your partner on our visit that it would be changed to meet the requirements set out in our initial documents supplied and your hot tub guarantee.
We've requested the information of the 3 electricians you have used to get the exact details of the circuit you have installed, as you believe the circuit is in fact dedicated although it was found not to be on our visit. We also recommended on our initial visit that the outdoor socket you had already installed shouldn't ideally be situated so close to the ground (100mm) and should ideally be 500mm or higher to avoid the dangers of flooding etc.
Because of the evidence provided to us and from our initial visit, unfortunately your claim doesn't fall under what's covered by your guarantee and an initial charge is required for us to attend.
If the hot tub was deemed to be faulty on our attendance, we would of course refund the initial call-out fee, in full, and carry out any work that falls under the manufacture's guarantee.
We really want to help get this rectified for you Gemma, if you can call the office on 01909 319009, we can still squeeze you in for a visit before Christmas.

Outstanding
Very happy with our hot tub and outstanding service from Escape Hot Tubs. Matt came to install and the process was very easy, even helping me set up the hose 🤣 There was a slight noise issue, and Matt returned quickly to deal with it. Credit also to Sue who got us all booked in and everything went smoothly. We absolutely love it and are so happy!

Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish. Very helpful showroom staff, dealing with all my questions, messages and emails in a very professional manner and in quick time. On the delivery Matt and Carl were excellent, very helpful and made the installation quick and simple. I would definitely use again or recommend to anyone. Excellent service.

Top class service and after care!!
We are so pleased that we purchased our tub from Escape and would recommend them to anyone! From the minute we walked into the store we felt at ease. There was no pressure, we was able to take our time, able to sit in different tubs to see which suited us best - all whilst feeling we could ask endless questions answered by the lovely Sue that works there. Sue and Chris were so helpful and nothing was too much. The tub is outstanding and we are so happy with our purchase. Delivery was super quick, our property was respected and the gent who delivered and set up with Chris was brilliant. Even weeks after delivery we are able to message Escape with any questions/uncertainties which we have regarding chemicals and running the tub. Overall brilliant company and super happy customers. Thank you!

Cannot Fault Escape Hot Tubs
Had our Hot Tub for just under a year and our first service to maintain the warranty was carried out today.
In addition to the service, we opted to also have the Kingspan insulation added.
The work was all carried out by Matt who was both professional and friendly.
The tub looks great and hopefully will be back up to temp for a little dip tonight.
