Ordered a new hot tub cover through Happy Hot Tubs. Great service, fair price, quality product. Arrived when expected.

Harry was sooo helpful even managed to get the measurements right with a little help lol they even tried to help with the heating element but too far from me to bc assist. They responded to every email I sent it was a pleasure to deal with them and Adam of course 😊

From start to finish, the whole process was absolutely seamless. We visited The Happy Farm for a wet test, which made choosing the right hot tub so much easier. Rich at The Happy Farm has been incredibly supportive throughout — nothing was too much trouble, and his advice has been spot‑on.
We had a few issues with our water in the early days, so we popped into Happy Hot Tubs at Alver Valley Garden Centre. The team there were genuinely helpful and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made all the difference.
Overall, the service has been excellent across the board. Friendly, knowledgeable, and consistently supportive. Highly recommend

Contacted them regarding Replacement Brackets for Side Mount Cover Lifter (2 pack + screws), they were out of stock however Ed replied to my email advising me that they should be in stock early September. A few weeks later I received an email informing me that the brackets were now in stock, I ordered them and received them the following day.

Despite a delay in delivery and damaged cover, looked like an issue with delivery company, the response from company was prompted and a replacement was organised plus close follow up with delivery .
Very pleased with product but even more so with resolution of issue.

Customer service was exemplary. I raised a query over email and it was answered almost immediately and so too was the follow up emails/conversation. The whole transaction and experience was smooth and exactly how it should be. Well done the team at Happy Tubs and in particular, Harry.

My friend and carer, Peter, stumbled across Happy Hot Tubs in The Alver Valley Garden Centre while planning to return some sandals to the Pavers shop in the Centre. We soon forgot the sandals while talking to the friendly and informative manager, Rob . I have particular mobility issues due to Parkinson's disease but Rob was able to show me additional aids to keep me safe getting in and out of the tub. We decided there and then to buy a new mini tub. Rob organised the delivery and made sure the staff delivering the tub knew about any difficulties they may encounter. We were impressed by the delivery men James and Krum, who set it up and left us confident that we could manage the tub ourselves.
I have,for a long time,dreamt of having one of these and it is everything I thought it would be. The warm
Water and jets are both soothing and invigorating. The tub is one of the only places I can really relax my body.

3rd upgrade completed and now have our “ultimate” hot tub! Another great delivery and installation. Perfect communication throughout, delivery on time and the installation team were very considerate and very professional. The Aria now sits side by side with our Happy Hot Tubs Sauna. A 5 star performance throughout, very happy 😊

As a "newbie" to owning a hot tub, I needed a lot of help and guidance. Gary, at the Worthing branch was brilliant. At no time did I feel under any sales pressure, he listened to the concerns and questions from myself and my daughter and the result was a purchase that I am absolutely delighted with.
Installation was straight forward including a Pergola (a very wise additional purchase) the set up and on going maintenance was carefully explained to me and Gary has followed up to make sure I am managing the whole process well. 5 star service and I throughly recommend them.

Ordered a made to measure hot tub lid as our existing tub isn't manufactured anymore, whole process start to finish was excellent and the quality of the new lid is outstanding! Highly recommend Happy Hot Tubs!

I have been buying hot tub chemicals from happy hot tubs for quite a few years now. They are always good value for money, with free postage, and very quick delivery.

I ordered chlorine last week, unfortunately I accidentally ordered large tablets rather than small tablets which were not suitable for our hot tub. I contacted customer services who organised a free delivery label for me to send them back for an exchange. Once they had received the package they dispatched the small chlorine tablets for free and no additional charge even though the small tablets retail for a little more than the large tablets. I was very impressed by their professionalism and willingness to help even when it was my mistake. Excellent customer service, thank you Ed!

Happy hot tubs are the epitome of customer service. Other could companies could really learn from them. I bought a salt water system which has been tricky. Everyone at this company has played a part and still continues to as the system really doesn’t want to work. Thank you for your continued support.

Having decided to get a hot tub we called in to Happy Hot Tubs in Ferndown. Rob was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He showed us several tubs with different features and we opted for a Jetsetter LX. Rob called in to do a site visit later that day and happily our access was sufficient. Delivery was booked for two weeks. Happy Hot Tubs use an electrical sub-contractor called Steve and he came to do a survey, and then came back to install a connection point. He did a very professional and tidy job. Then came delivery day and we had a message from the installers Lemarre and Krum to say they would be there at 9-30am. They did an excellent job and were patient while I decided which side to put the step. They filled the tub and ran through all the necessary steps required to keep the water balanced. They took away all the packaging and left everything neat and tidy. The firm impressed us with their friendly attitude and we would heartily recommend Happy Hot Tubs.

We just had our hot tub delivered with the aid of the crane. From viewing to purchase from the bournmouth branch James has been amazing putting our worries to rest regarding my chlorine allergy. He arranged for us to try out the saltwater system in the showroom private area.
The delivery was seamless with the crane guy arriving in a truck sprayed up as toy-story with a replica toy-story car on the back. The two guys Carl and Lemar completed the job in 2 hours and made sure the tub was in the correct position then Lemar went through all the details of testing and adding the salt until we knew exactly what we needed to do. We were supplied with everything we needed plus water softener to last us months.
I would definitely recommend this company and all the guys involved in our sale and install.

I ordered a roll on swim spa cover from Happy Hot Tubs in March and it was delivered on time and exactly what I had ordered. The communication from HHTs was exceptional and the staff friendly and helpful. The cover is fantastic, fits perfectly and easy enough to roll on and off. I would highly recommend Happy Hot Tubs

Found Happy Hot Tub via Google search as I was looking booster the cushion for our hot tub.

They were by far the cheapest online with free postage and the customer service and quality of the item have been excellent.

I would highly recommend this company.
