Could not recommend Jade enough! Very professional, understanding and provides a great service. The report is easy to understand yet very detailed.

I am overwhelmingly impressed with the service we received from start to end. All emails were responded to incredibly quickly (so quickly we were genuinely shocked - in a good way!) and with an exceptional level of detail/thoroughness. We had a level three survey carried out and we had a few questions before the survey. Jade was very helpful, speedy with her answers and clearly really knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you!

Jade was exceptional. The detail of our level 2 report was incredible. The drone pictures showing the roof were very detailed along with the rest of the report. Jade kept us informed from start to finish and took time to call me straight after ahead of receiving the full report, to discuss the property which was very much appreciated. I recommend her services 100% and cant thank her enough. We have decided not to purchase due to the results of the survey & wont hesitate to ask Jade to carry out the next one.

I currently live out of the UK and am buying a place back home. It is not easy to know who to contact for any kind of service when buying typically, the most expensive thing! Escape Surveyors were excellent from start to finish - I contacted them by email and received a prompt response with clear information. They arranged to survey the property with the current owner and sent the report quickly; the report was detailed, informative and helpful. My Surveyor was happy to answer any questions 0 my experience was positive from start to finish.

Jade was honestly amazing. So informative, attentive and thorough. Out of all the survey quotes we received, she was the only surveyor who took the time to review our property before winning the business and explain why we needed a level 2 and not level 3, saving us money. Our survey report was clear, concise and Jade was always on hand for phone calls and advice post report. Couldn't recommend enough.

I have just received the report Jade at Escape Surveyors Ltd did for a level 2 survey on a property my daughter is buying. Having had past experience of two level 3 surveys from other companies I felt Jade's level 2 survey was far superior to the other level 3 surveys. I would not hesitate to use her again.

First time buying a property and came across Escape Surveyors through RICS recommended surveyors and Trust Pilot.

Upon requesting a quote for services the response I received was warm and helpful and I decided to use the Level 2 surveying service.

Jade who I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, within a couple of days of talking with Jade she had booked to see the property that week. After viewing the property on Wednesday I received a report back Thursday evening.

The report was extremely detailed and picked up on a lot of stuff I had not even noticed when viewing the property. This survey has been extremely helpful with our decision making process and next steps of the house purchase.

Jade at Escape Surveyors booked me in for a survey a couple of days after asking her. The survey was done on the Thursday and the report was back to me on the Friday evening. Jade done a first class survey and picked up many faults that needed addressing. I evening had a few questions to ask her and she answered straight away. Nothing seemed to much trouble. Jade at Escape Surveyors is lovely and was professional from start to finish. She was able to book us in for a level 2 survey within a week of enquiry and made the process simple and easy to understand. She got the results back to us within 2 days of the survey which was very thorough and easy to understand.
There was also a section of the property she could not view at the time of the survey, which she offered to go back and survey another day at no extra cost.
