Ordered a phone, no shipping details supplied, phone not sent, constant excuses. Cancelled order and they have not refunded money despite their laughable long times they claim they need being exceeded.
Chargeback via credit card in progress.
Do not believe anything they say, they are incapable of telling the truth,

I bought a mobile phone from them. They refused giving me an update on the order status claiming it takes up to 15 working days to ship the package. On day #16 they said there was a delay but the item would be shipped shortly.
I gave them an extra week and they said the product would be shipped by then.
After another week, I asked them to cancel the order and they advised against that, because the refund would take up to 14 working days (which is frankly ridiculous). I had to insist and send 3 emails for them to acknowledge the cancellation.
I haven't heard from them since then (more than 14 working days have passed), and I have reversed the payment via my credit card company instead.

UPDATE: I provided my email address and invoice number as requested here, but I was never contacted about this. On the other hand, I had already retrieved the money via my bank, so there wasn't much left to do anyway. However, I asked them to delete the account I had on their website, and they replied they couldn't do that because there was a refund in progress. The payment now shows as refunded (not by them though!!), but my account is still there and they stopped replying to my requests to delete it.

In summary:
1. Product not shipped after 20+ working days.
2. Payment not refunded after 15+ working days from cancellation (eventually refunded by the bank instead).
3. Refusal to delete my account.

Learn from my experience and do not buy from this company. I bought a TV, that I was only informed of its backorder status seconds after completing the purchase. Then after months of emailing with the most impudent customer service, whose mix of malevolent mendacity with supplications for 'patience' and 'mercy' ended after six months with me lodging a case through the small claims courts at the cost of €25.
After another three months of waiting, one of which turned out to be the futile deferment for Esdorado.com to respond to the charges brought forward, the courts, at last, ruled in my favour for the reimbursement for the cost of the TV, along with the courtial expenses. Not surprisingly, this obligatory fee has not, as of yet, been met by Esdorado.com, nor do I expect anything other than the same at any stage in the future.
My pessimism for the above is in response to the ultimate phase, which entailed the sending of the order of enforcement to the high court in Las Palmas, Canaria. A company with an obvious corrupt structure picked this location for good reason. Just as the reviews averaging a single star collectively described, this institution is a facade alone. Not a single phone call has been answered, and nothing has been communicated to suggest that my registered court of writ was received, let alone acted upon. In summation, the company has acted at every stage in a manner that fails to rebut my contention that it is structurally operated to pilfer what it has no intention to supply or reimburse.
Previously, I made a more restraint review, only to remove it after a barrage of letters from Esdorado.com threateningly questioning the verity of my review. This time, I will only pre-empt such an abusive onslaught by suggesring to the company that it should first pay heed to the small courts section of my local district court and the deliberated ruling it published on a 'very clear case of wrongdoing.'
On the fictitious accusation by Esdorado.com below, contrary to this new spurious claim that I was refunded, no such mention, knowledge, or any form of payment was received in the suggested a 'few months ago', or at any stage for that matter. This is the kind of mendacity that their 'public relations' team have a propensity to make. Just think, why under a month ago would the European small claims court rule in my favour, sending out a warrant to be dispatched to the senior court of Las Palmas, Gran Canaria, if there was even a modicum of truth to their latest idle claim. Leave it there and show potential readers what kind of response you shall receive even if, like my case, you should have a court order for the entire sum - an order that does not seem to be acted upon by judistical authorities in Las Palmas.

ESTAFA. Hice una compra de un juego de Nintendo Switch el 1 diciembre de 2021 con un tiempo estimado de entrega de 7 días. Al ver que para el 18 de diciembre seguía sin llegar el producto, les escribí por correo electrónico a atención al cliente preguntando por el pedido, respondiéndome que NO LES QUEDABA STOCK. Por tanto, decidí cancelar el pedido y solicitar el reembolso. A día de hoy, 13 de junio de 2022, tras innumerables correos solicitando información, SIGUEN SIN DEVOLVERME EL DINERO.

Actualización: el mensaje de respuesta por parte de esdorado, ya lo he recibido muchas veces, el mismo, palabra por palabra, a lo largo de estos meses. No tienen credibilidad.

Ho acquistato un Samsung per mia madre, in 3 giorni è arrivato. Comunicazione con il servizio clienti via messenger eccellente, ad ogni domanda risposte puntuali e chiare che poi si sono rivelate vere. Per quanto riguarda il mio acquisto il servizio è stato ottimo.

I ordered a digital ps5 on March 11th. I was charged for it and didn't receive a confirmation email. I tried contacting them through the Web page 10 days later and got no response so I emailed them with the a screen shot of the message asking whether they had It in stock or not. They said they were waiting for delivery but would send me a disc version at no extra cost. I agreed to this and after a few more days without a confirmation email I asked what was going on. They said that a delivery of digital ps5s was due soon and I would get one sent ASAP. Another few days went by and I asked again what was going on. Then they said the stock had arrived and to await a confirmation email and deliveries would start in the coming days. A few days later still no confirmation and they said they were waiting on stock again so I asked to cancel the order and that I didn't want it anymore. They said I should wait for the ps5. I asked again to cancel and it took a couple more days for them to agree to cancel and that there was a 14 working day cancellation period and I said that's fine. On the day I was due to receive my refund I emailed them to remind them and I was told there were delays in the refunds and it would take longer.
When this happened I contacted my bank and requested a charge back. I sent the entire email conversation (about 40 to 50 emails) as proof of what happened and the bank did the charge back today, June 4th.
I would strongly advise anyone in a similar situation to contact their bank straight away to deal with them.
Do not trust this company, as you can probably tell from all the bad ratings, they are very difficult to deal with. Good luck to anyone dealing with them, I hope people see these reviews before doing business with them.

Después de 3 meses medio y siguen mintiendo por correo, hasta han llegado a mandarme correos diciendo que mi dinero esta reembolsado siendo mentira.

Deswegen bitte recherchiert bevor ihr irgendwo einkaufen geht und definitiv von Esdorado Nix kaufen!!

Mantengo mi comentario de estafa, porque hasta que he empezado a acosarles en redes sociales, informando a otros posibles clientes del timo/estafa que llevan a cabo, no he recibido el reembolso del dinero... así que animo a todos los afectados a hacer lo mismo. El 23 de Diciembre de 2021 compramos un móvil para mi hijo, después de más de 30 correos, a los que la única respuesta era que llevaban retraso, de poner una denuncia en la policía Nacional(unidad de ciberdelincuencia), no obtuve el reembolso, el día 23 de Mayo de 2022, accedí a Facebook, Instagram y Trustpilot, a acusarles de estafadores y a denunciar sus páginas en ambas redes sociales y poner este comentario en Trustpilot, y el día 24 de Mayo, tenía el dinero en mi cuenta. Hoy, 25 de Mayo, me envían un correo pidiendo que elimine mis comentarios negativos...pues no, no los voy a quitar, para intentar que nadie más caiga en vuestra trampa y los que han caído, sepan cómo tienen que actuar.
Lo primero, denunciar formalmente ante policía nacional o guardia civil y a continuación, en redes sociales, en sus propias páginas, a mí, después de 6 meses batallando, es lo único que me ha funcionado.

et me disent de contacter le service client qui ne répond pas et qui n'existe pas en fait!

Gary you can contact your bank, but it takes at least 60 days and the refund depends on us, really they need our approval. So if you want this resolved and to spare yourself the hassle, please remove the negative comments.

I have been waiting for five months for a refund. Getting constant replies that refund will come. I will not be put off by this companies efforts for me to go away. there is no honour or trust in this shameful company.

J'ai écrit un message d'information sur Trustpilot (en mars dernier) pour dire que je me suis fait arnaquer (en juillet dernier), 220 euros pour un telephone portable, (qui d'ailleurs coutait 250 sur un site de confiance). Ceux qui ont porté plainte savent comme moi qu'il est impossible de se faire rembourser car les coupables restent non identifiables... Iles Canaries et blablabla... Je tiens surtout à en remettre une couche sur comment ils peuvent encore opérer : et bien pour faire simple, mon dernier commentaire a été contesté puis effacé par Trustpilot en absence de réponse de ma part à la contestation d'Esdorado (car oui j'ai une vie à côté....). Que disais-je donc dans ce dernier commentaire ? J'invitais tous ceux qui se sont fait arnaquer à liker mon commentaire putôt que d'en rajouter un et ceci pour centraliser nos efforts ! Car il y a beaucoup de commentaires divers de personnes comme moi qui se sont fait arnaquer, peut-être plus d'argent que moi (et j'en suis désolé), et Esdorado prend la peine de répondre à tous ces commentaires (c'est dingue... N'est-ce-pas ?). Ceux qui sont dans ma situation savent pourquoi. Et d'ailleurs ils savent aussi pourquoi on peut retrouver des commentaires ventant les services d'Esdorado en contrebalance (qui d'ailleurs sont souvent ridicules). Donc voilà, vérifiez les avis il y a 55% d'avis excellents à l'heure où je vous parle. Mais surtout n'achetez rien chez eux ! Et si vous m'avez compris : que le temps est précieux et que le travail des honnêtes gens l'est aussi, participez à cet effort collectif que je prends le temps de vous proposer en mettant un LIKE à ce nouveau commentaire afin qu'Esdorado s'arrete !... et me rembourse mes 220 euros (j'déconneeee, mais bon c'est vrai que je les attends encore) ! NON, POUR ETRE SINCERE, L'ESSENTIEL POUR MOI AUJOURD'HUI EST DE VRAIMENT LEUR FAIRE BARRAGE, "ACCESSOIREMENT" POUR LE BIEN D'AUTRES POTENTIELLES VICTIMES! PS n°2 : Je prierai Trustpilot de ne pas céder aux méthodes honteuses de Esdorado ayant pour but de faire disparaitre ce commentaire, par exemple leurs demandes d'informations complémentaires sur moi (nous) ou autres... Je ne tiens pas à obtenir d'aide de leur part, ils n'ont qu'à regarder la foule de commentaires en dessous du mien pour se convaincre que mon argument est au moins, c'est-à-dire dans le pire des cas, RECEVABLE et LEGITIME. En particulier, je n'ai aucune raison de leur donner (encore une fois) mon identité... Ce sont des arnaqueurs avérés, et l'idée c'est que tout le monde le sache, pas qu'ils me remboursent. Je certifie sur mon honneur de ne recevoir aucun bénéfice pour cette action si ce n'est la satisfaction de quelque part réussir à nuire à cette ARNAQUE INCESSANTE et IMPUNIE !

I suppose the only saving grace was that I only lost €50. Some others on here lost far more. I bought a Nintendo Switch game for my son, it was about €15 cheaper on this site than their competitors so I went for it. It has been a complete disaster. I should have twigged something was up when the confirmation page was in Spanish. But I didn't. Money taken immediately out if my account. OK, that makes sense. What doesn't make sense is that a week later the game still hasn't been shipped, so as I would now not get it in time for my sons birthday. I cancelled the order. According to these cowboys, it would take 14 working days for the order to be refunded. That was up last week so I made contact and today, I was told there would be a "delay" in processing my refund. Surprise, surprise! How can there be a delay in processing a refund after 3 weeks of a wait? Let's face it guys. I'm not getting the refund just like many on this site. Have you ever noticed how most of the good reviews for this company are generic? Not specific at all. Yet all the negative ones are packed with detail. Run fast and run far from these bunch of crooks..
Just to update I emailed again this week (March 2023) and got this baloney back:

10 months after the refund request and its "already been registered".
