Happy and safe for years
I had Eset recommended to me years ago - could be 5 to 7 years. Being of mature age I have had quite a few times I had to ring for help. Staff were fantastic, friendly and knew what to do. Nothing was a problem. They now have me doing my renewals on my own, so easy for an oldie to navigate checkup. Feel safe on all systems.

Extremely slow
Extremely slow each time I turn my computer on. However product recommendd by my computer guru and I notice I dont get as many scam emails as my partner who uses a differnt product.

Well the software on Mac OS has noâŠ
Well the software on Mac OS has no option to white list emails. So some emails I can only view on my phone. I probably will not sign up again if you will not address the issue

Scam protection needed
I'm sure Eset is good at protecting against many technical scams but it does nothing to protect us from endless email scams, in our case via bigpond. Some are pitiful, others very clever: can't you do anything? Perhaps alerting us to emails from those first-time senders from addresses that are always frauds?
