I’ve just been served by Belle, she’s extremely kind, polite and clever lady, helped me sort my problem out very easy and quickly. My case was bit more complicated because I live in jersey and different rules apply to this place. Belle fixed them all for me in no time. Thank you very much again I really needed to be done for my work tomorrow, i can’t work without internet 😊

Love this idea of not having to replace my SIM card and a friend told me to try this platform. eSIM was fairly easy set up. I am not super techie so had some questions and used the WhatsApp and was able to chat everything through easily and get all set up!

I travel all over the world this my new way of travelling and staying connected! Next year I am travelling to 15 countries so I look forward to using this throughout my expedition :)

Bit of a technophobe. Downloaded and installed ESIM-on no problem but couldn’t get it to connect. Used the WhatsApp help and was cobra very quickly by Kim who spent some time trying to understand my issue and after some perseverance we cracked the problem. Kim talked me through expertly through every stage until we found the solution. Really took the time to resolve my issue. Very impressed

Paul is great and very patient😊 I live in complicated location and straggled to install eSIM on my phone. I’ve tried with 2 other companies and they refunded me money eventually because they couldn’t find the issue. It took 5 minutes for Paul to sort it out and get it run! Thank you very much again x

Excellent customer service when I needed to get my esim working and couldn’t quite figure it out. Used the webchat and it couldn’t have been easier.
100% recommend.

Misleading information on the website regarding compatibility. The sequence should be checking compatibility prior to purchasing the item. Instead it is the other way round and when you purchase and then check your compatibility, it's too late and they won't refund you. It's misleading and unsatisfactory.

Paul was great at helping me get up and running, definitely a good data service for travelling around Europe.

I am in Ireland for 2 months in search of an oasis I can retire in, and my cellular service from the US kept disappearing while I was following Google directions to candidate locales, so my sister recommended trying eSIM-On, I ordered 2 different bundles and, Lo and Behold, the satellites parted and I was roaming the universe of the metaverse with impunity thanks to the expertise of Kim and Belle, support staff for eSIM-On who walked me through the set-up of eSIM-On (Belle did it TWICE over a 2-week period without losing her mind or reporting me to the authorities!).

I highly recommend it as an expert and worthwhile service for travelers with direction disorders.

In Mexico on vacation and our Portuguese mobile provider is astronomically expensive out of the country. Got an e-sim from eSIM-On and because we're over 50 we had no idea what was going on. Nelle on chat was AMAZING and right there with the help we needed. Lifesaver!
