The big telecom companies are sharks feeding off people who don’t know about, or daren’t try eSIM/eSIMs. If we had used EE we would have paid, in a day, what eSIM deliver for 15 days. Even more impressive, when I stuffed up the install they walked me through it, instantly, online, making everything quick and easy to get up and running properly. Compare that with EE ‘support’ ….takes hours to respond, gives you duff info, etc., etc., etc.

PS: Big shout out to tech support wizard Nems, great technical info communicated extremely well.

Fantastic product, even more so the customer experience! I had an issue once overseas as I did some of the steps wrong. Chatted via WhatsApp and (Carl, amazing) solved it straight away. From lost to back to this world in no time!

Great customer service!! I am not very tech savvy and had some difficulty knowing which SIM on my phone was my actual eSIM. I immediately got support through WhatsApp, where I was very patiently walked through the entire process of getting everything set up. So appreciate the help Nems gave me!

Great service and support fro Nems

I bought an eSIM for 7 days - 1 GB package and bought the unlimited WhatsApp and unlimited Google maps add on. However, it wasn’t unlimited as stated and put me in a very difficult position while I was travelling. Upon contacting customer care, they informed me that my unlimited WhatsApp and maps is only valid as long as I have data left- which makes no sense as I wouldn’t purchase the unlimited bundle if I had data and that it was written in fine print somewhere.

Further, upon arriving at Thailand I realized that there are plenty of companies that provide a tourist sim for much cheaper and give 15GB data for the same amount of time for a lesser price. My suggestion to anyone trying to get a good data plan for your travel or tour would be to check out local sims rather than falling for such corporate schemes and wasting money.

Just went through the purchase and set up with Andoi, via WhatsApp. Being a person of a "particular age" - I'm often dumbfounded by tech in most forms! My much younger family members and friends recommended eSIM for an upcoming trip (2 days from now) to Italy, Germany and Malta. Andoi was super patient with me (poor agent!) and walked me through everything. The reviews read well here, and I hope I can report the same. If e-SIM customer service is an indication of the actual service - I should be ok :-) Fingers crossed!

I am in Russia right now and I tried to install the Sim without a good result. I been in touch with Carl and try to solve the issue. The service was unbelievable good and I could solve all problems. Good service, good help, good everything
