While traveling internationally I purchased an eSIM which didn’t work and took 4hrs to get any response from customer who said it would take an additional 24hrs to get it to work. That’s when I found eSIM-ON and I was able to get online and working within LITERAL minutes! The customer service rep Jerald walked me through all the steps via whatsapp and was super helpful, polite and quick to respond.
Definitely recommend!

I ordeeed an e-sim card after a treacherous 19 days with roaming plan coming from the US and staying in France for another 8 days. I paid and received a QR code with delays but after 8 hours of order ( I was unable to sleep due to lack of connection and surfed for a solution) of course the data came back but I decided to go for the esom card just in case: the result is great: thanks to my I pad I was able to scan the QR code on my phone and to make it sure I asked also for assistance via WhatsApp and the representative was very helpful.
