What a great company to deal with . Ash was so helpful and knowledgeable. My radiator was delivered in a crate , but unfortunately it had got damaged in transit. I contacted Ash and a replacement was sent out as promised and delivered a few days later .
I had two different delivery gentleman who were also really helpful, they had to climb stairs to get the radiator into my house .. no easy task , but they never complained .
The radiators look great, I chose the column radiator , because of the great output compared to size and they look fantastic .
Would highly recommend this company .
Don't buy the towel warmer
Don't buy the towel warmer. First one lasted 6 months, then died. Received replacement. That one died in a month. Took forever for them to respond the first time. Not reliable.

I placed our order and made full payment for the double Gordon in custom colour, after confirming product would be completed and delivered within required time frame for building works.
So far we are at close to twice that time frame, no product has been delivered, no order status updates, and I have not been able to get in contact with any staff after weeks of numerous calls, voicemails, emails, and online chat requests.

My Gordon was slightly delayed by a couple of days, but Eskimo let me know right away, and I was able to manage my installer in time. Their communication is really good and Ash was particularly technically knowledgeable, which helped prepare my installer.

Not a Towel Warmer - It is a Towel Drier
We purchased a vertical Gordon Single Heated Towel Rail with high expectations, but it fell far short of delivering on its promises. The product claims to hold up to four towels, but in practice, it barely accommodates two small onesânot the larger bath towels many of us actually use.
The heat output is equally disappointing. Thereâs only one low setting, providing minimal warmthâcertainly not enough to deliver a truly warm towel. When I reached out to the company, they explained the product is meant to dry towels, not warm them. Thatâs a distinction that wasnât at all clear in the product description or marketing materials.
To make matters worse, due to a delayed remodel, by the time we installed the unit, it was past the return window. Despite reaching out to the company to explain our situation, they offered no resolution or assistance.
Weâre left with an expensive purchaseâover $500 plus international shippingâthat doesnât meet expectations. If you are seeking a towel warmer, this product is not it. I share this in hopes it helps others make a more informed decision.

The company reached out and graciously offered to refund my purchase. They were kind, understanding, and went the extra mile to make things right. Now that I realize the product is a towel dryer, I would gladly purchase it if it suited my needs. I live in a very dry climate, unlike the UK, so a towel dryer simply isnât necessary. I understand the company is looking to introduce a towel warmer in the future, and I will definitely consider purchasing that.

I recently purchased 2 Gordon towel warmers. I needed specs for my electrician for installation and they sent the info to me quickly. Also, there was an issue with a mis-applied discount, and they corrected that as well. I am very pleased with their customer service!
Three elements needed...
EDIT: I finally got in touch with someone at Gordon and she worked quickly to resolve our issues. She initiated follow-up information on shipping and tracking and provided a reference number. We have our fingers crossed that a third element will work because this time, it was tested before shipping. I hope we don't regret giving Gordon a third chance to get it right.
We ordered a Gordon for our new home in Canada and had it professionally installed by an electrician but it didn't heat. Not at all!. I reached out to Eskimo and they promptly sent a replacement element and that one didn't work either. Our electrician circuit tester both elements and both had a break somewhere in the circuitry, resulting in no heat. This time, Eskimo said they would test the replacement element before shipping as they had a "bad batch" of elements. However, I've been chasing this about 2 months now and Eskimo is not answering calls or messages. We are beyond frustrated and wish we had never purchased.

After the review below i was contacted by the company who were full of apologies and even though i did not want to replace the unit they asked if they could send another one and would even pay towards the cost of a and Electrician to fit it which I though was excellent. This was just before Xmas and as the factory was closed so we agreed that they would send one on the 7th or 8th of January. I was pleasantly surprised that they reached out and always happy to update a review with positives results.
And guess what, I have not heard from them since and bearing in mind they contacted me it is unbelievable but am I surprised? Nope!
I ordered the Gordon towel rail and the website stated 3-5 day delivery. After 5 days I tried to contact them and was eventually given another date which they again failed on. By the time it was delivered i had been given 3 different dates that they did not honour. I was given lots of excuses about production issues but had to continually chase them.
When the radiator was despatched I waited in all day for it for it but it did not arrive because they had put an incomplete address on the shipment paperwork, again I tried to contact them bit they did not reply.
The unit comes with a short cord that comes out of the bottom and bearing in mind it has to be connected to a switch higher upon the wall and usually on the outside of the bathroom it is much too short.
My biggest concern was that the back plate of the heater did not have enough screws to hold it to the main unit and it rattles and you can see the gap between the back and the main unit. The issue seems to be that there are not enough screws holding it in.
It is very concerning that there is a gap that could allow moisture to penetrate into the unit.
I did contact them twice about this issue and was promised an answer after they had spoke to the âmanufacturing teamâ, this was 2 weeks ago and they have not got back to me and I have now given up. I am going to have to seal the back of the unit myself to ensure moisture cannot get in.
This company has a brilliant marketing and advertising strategy that floods your timeline but the company does not match up to its hype.
The unit is looks very nice, dries towels and takes the chill off the room which is exactly what they said it would do.
It such a pity that I have to write a review like this when I have given them every opportunity to respond to my concerns.
Perfect addition to our bathroom
As a young homeowner, I've been trying to add little upgrades here and there to make my place feel cozier, and let me tell youâthis towel rail is the perfect touch.
First off, it just looks so sleek. I opted for the black finish, and it fits perfectly in my bathroom. The design is modern without being too "in-your-face," and it feels like a really high-end piece of kit. It immediately upgraded the whole vibe of the room.
But the real game-changer is how quickly my towels dry. Iâve never had a heated towel rail before, so this feels like a total luxury. Thereâs honestly nothing better than grabbing a toasty towel after a showerâespecially on those chilly mornings. It heats up pretty quickly too, and I donât even have to wait long for my towels to get all warm and cozy. I love that I can just switch it on before my shower and by the time Iâm out, my towels are perfectly warm.
The installation process was super smooth too. I was a bit nervous about setting it up, but it came with really clear instructions, and I managed to get it up and running without any major issues. Bonus points for that because Iâm definitely not a DIY pro! They do recommend using an electrician though.
One thing Iâve noticed is how energy-efficient it seems to be. Iâve had it running a lot (because, well, warm towels every day now), and I havenât seen a crazy jump in my electric bill, which is always a plus.

We are having an absolute nightmareâŠ
We are having an absolute nightmare with this company having to instruct our Solicotorâs.
We ordered 4 electric radiators as stated on our sales order acknowledgement they have sent normal water radiators do not respond to our messages or admit mistake they have offered a 30% restocking charge if we return even though the fault is clearly thereâs. Having to take legal action is time consuming and so very frustrating. The whole issue happened because we ordered with one member of staff who then went on holiday and another member filled the order in correctly. We still wanted the radiators just the correct ones we spoke on the phone numerous times when we were buying and it was clearly stated what we were looking for as water is not an option on the area
