Hi well this company knows how to look after you and make sure you get what you asked for i dealt with Matthew potter and what a gentleman he was from start to finish kept me up to date with all info.
I spoke to a lad called Michael and another person was really good.
I had to call the office at one stage to make a payment and I chatted to another lad call Matthew but quite on phone but really nice customer service and couldn't ask for any more.
Ok going on to delivery of bike on the morning of delivery I was sent a text where I could track the driver so I could see where he was on the M1 so if u need to pop out u could as you could see where the driver is and when driver Karl got to mine he was so funny set the 2 bikes up for me and made everything was ok and I was happy with what I got.

Overall I would recommend this company to everyone.

Lead time and correspondence a little slow to start but got there,delivery and explanation excellent.
Bike a lot better than I was expecting apart from said mileage as I am only getting 16 to 20 miles.
All said very happy...

The bike arrived and is superb, looks like a scooter but an e-bike. So comfortable and great for two people if you do not have too many hills. Very good visibility for road users and range is okay for two people. Quality seems good. Overall a safe and very convenient way of getting around for local trips, no need to use a car for smaller shopping and local day trips. Still too soon for us to give a longer term view.

Very pleased and very good friendly staff very helpful unexplained it very well over the phone at home but very helpful and very kind and excellent was well played on the phone and explained everything to me about my new bike and when I will be getting it and the updates I am very pleased and was happy that they kindly explained it to me very nice staff and very calm explaining it to me no problems or up-to-date

Yes the delivery was slow and they want payment as soon u only had it for a few days they won't give u a chances very bad customers services I would recommend anyone to this company

Needed to replace a broken mirror on my Eskuta 250 series III and had no difficulty in ordering and receiving my new mirror

We recently bought it and battery was faulty. It only last for 13-15km. We have contacted eskuta about its faults and didn’t get any reply yet.
Overall terrible experience buying this junk
