La reserva fue rapida recibi toda la informacion de mi vuelo rapidamente exelente estoy muy contenta con sus servicios hasta el momento .

I have been trying to cancel my flight for 3 days and they supposedly were “tracking and reviewing” it , but actually they were just waiting for the time limit to expire , so that I couldn’t change my flight. And even though I have screenshots of how long they had me waiting they proceeded to lie and say that I contacted them 24 hours ago. They are thief’s. PLEASE DONT BOOK HERE!

He tenido todo una mala experiencia viajando con mis hijos. Los equipajes que decian estar incluídos en el billete, al llegar a los 2 aeropuertos, tuve que pagarlos porque no estaban pagadas por esky apesar de aparecer en los billetes.
el servicio de atención al cliente ha sido incapaz de resolver mi asunto.
Es lo tipico “ lo barato sale caro”
No vale la pena.

Una total estafa, cuando realicé la compra del Villeta me salía pagar 162€ con una maleta de mano incluida, cuando voy a realizar el pago me meten un suplemento de 50€ en concepto de impuestos....
Cuando llego al aeropuerto para jace chekin me dicen que tengo que pagar la maleta que no esta contratado alo que les enseño el meil de esky y me dicen que eso es una compañía que venden vuelos a personas, los cobran y luego pueden o no contratar ellos lo que quieran sin que a ti se te comunique nada. Total lo que empezó por 162€ termino en 262€ engaño total no lo recomiendo para nada ñ, los llamo para solucionar la cosa y apenas empiezas a explicar el suceso te cuelgan....

eSky son unos rastreros que solo quieren tu dinero. Luego desaparecen. Su servicio es inexistente. Su competencia es nula. Es la peor forma de comprar vuelos que existe.
Si queréis viajar de verdad, comprad DIRECTAMENTE con la aerolínea. eSky solo os va a robar y a dejar abandonados.

Yo destacaría sobretodo el proceso de reserva.

Queria reservar directamente por Azores Airlines pero el vinculo sponsorizado te dirije hacia esky.es (no me fije que habia "esky.es" despues de "azores airlines". Y con Esky.es cuesta mas caro porque cobran comisiones y, a parte, no puedes reservar asientos. Totamente inutil y algo borde.

I was in a rush to book a flight with Wizz Air and by mistake I booked it with esky.es as they were the company that appeared first at the top of the page, when I put Wizz Air into Google. They charged me an extra €50+ on top of the Wizz Air price. I thought they were just adding my son to the booking, but no it was their commission for doing basically nothing. They wouldn't refund my money. I feel like I have been completely cheated out of €50, because basically I'm a bit stupid. This should be completely illegal. Don't use this company.

Me resultó una aplicación muy útil y práctico de utilizar, anteriormente estuve viajando a través de agencias muy costosas

No saquéis vuelo por esta página,son unos estafadores, me han cobrado 80e por 2 vuelos, te lo cobran sin el consentimiento

Me cobraron 80€ extra por mis vuelos. Durante todo el proceso de reserva y de pago me indicaron que el precio final sería de 210€ y finalmente me cobraron 290€ sin mi consentimiento. En los detalles del pago incluyeron ese importe extra en concepto de "Tasa de servicio". Es decir, te cobran por una gestión que tienes que hacer tú mismo.
Por si fuera poco, el servicio de atención al cliente es un bot al que debes escribir por WhatsApp (el número es de Reino Unido) y que no te resuelve nada, solo te dice que hables directamente con la aerolínea.
No volveré a usar esta plataforma y no recomiendo a nadie que la utilice. Es una estafa.

I was doing a reservation and in the last moment, I had already provided my credit card data, there was a message that flight had increased the price. I closed the the window, did not accept anything and I see that there is a charge in my credit card (3 times higher than the price announced). I did not validate the purchase as normally I have to do when buying online. I contacted their support and was just a waste of time, a big waste of time.... they were saying that could not locate my reservation, despite I was giving the email I have used and the reservation number. Amazing that something like that exists: I proceeded with a fraud reclamation, will not waste more time with something like that... NEVER AGAIN (was the first time). And now, the same thing: "we cannot locate your reservation!" They have my name, email address and reservation number (just one, the only one in my life) and they say that CAN'T LOCATE MY RESERVATION? Baloney!
