Come accaduto a molti altri utenti, volevo prenotare con Wizz air ma sono stato reindirizzato a questa agenzia in maniera poco trasparente. Senza che fosse chiaramente segnalato, è stato addebitato il 100% del costo del biglietto come costi di commissione. Procederò a segnalarlo all'Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato e al Centro Europeo Consumatori Italia e invito tutti coloro che abbiano avuto una simile esperienza a fare lo stesso. Ne siamo tanti purtroppo quindi è evidente che non si tratta di un caso.

The process was not transparent, confusing with all the charges, and deceptive. Like others, I thought I was booking directly with Avelo and somehow got waylaid into eSky without realizing it. There was a hefty service fee but I went ahead because I didn't fully understand that at the time. I also paid $80 for cancellation insurance with eSky, and when I went to cancel my husband's ticket - they would not honor it with a refund. And this was after Avelo Airlines told me that they had refunded eSky for my husband's ticket. I stand by my review. If eSky, is so clear and upfront, why do they have so many negative reviews? Of course, they will be defensive. Also - they make it difficult to reach a person to help you resolve issues. And they charge you to work with their so called experts to resolve issues that they are creating by their convoluted communication and process.

I made a mistake while booking a ticket and support was extremely kind, explaining all the consequences and when I can or can't get a refund. Very helpful and clear.

eSky. Udrejse forløb uden problemer, og dermed ingen særlige anmærkninger. Men hjemrejsen - det var ikke muligt at chekke in online - men der var en besked om at der blev arbejdet på sagen. Ved ankomsten til lufthavnen, var det første fly aflyst. Hvilket ikke blev oplyst fra eSky. Lufthavnen i Sweitz havde et rejsecenter, der hjalp med en finde en ny tur hjem, og sørgede for busbillet, togbillet og boarding pass til en andet fly - uden beregning. På vej til Zurich skrev eSky at de kunne bekræfte væres nye rejse. Lufthavnen i Basel fortalte at problemet bla var at eSky ikke havde givet kontokt info til Lufthansa, og ikke sørgede for at give oplysninger. Hjemme igen mente eSky at de kunne hjælpe med at søge erstatning - selvom strejken ved Lufthansa var varslet. Behøver jeg at sige, at telefon nummer, det var oplyst som kontakt ved problemer ikke virkede.

I booked through esky a flight for eurowings and they changed my flight twice making me cancel it because the time doesnt suit me, eurowings said they will do a full refund but why did esky take 182 euros that cannot be refunded?? for what even im not even sitting on that plane, what kind of service is this you take the money for what exactly? not good service thats for sure

I booked a flight from Corfu to Athens through eSky because the advertised price was only $69. I completed the booking and payment, but when I checked my bank transaction, I was shocked to see the charge was over $350. There were multiple extra fees added that were never clearly disclosed beforehand.

I canceled the reservation within 24 hours. The first agent told me only $150 would be refunded, but also confirmed that the reservation was canceled and that the refund would take 7–10 business days. I waited, and the refund never came.

When I contacted them again by phone, a different agent told me I had never requested a cancellation and that my flight reservation was still active. This directly contradicted what I had been told before. Because I no longer trusted them, I made alternative transportation arrangements.

Now I am left wondering whether I actually still have a flight or not and whether I will ever see my refund.

I will never use eSky again, and I strongly urge others to avoid this company. In my experience, the pricing was misleading, the customer service was inconsistent, and the entire process felt like a scam.

In februari tickets geboekt naar Egypte. Kort voor vertrek is de terugreis geannuleerd (door de airline) met uiteindelijk de mededeling van eSky dat we wel een refund krijgen van de terugreis maar dat we de heenreis moeten betalen want we kunnen gewoon gaan. Wtf.
NOOIT meer boeken via eSky!

Update 20-4: Geschil is nog niet opgelost!

Absolute scam. They spoof an airline’s website pretending they are the airline. And then add several hundreds euros in extra fee. They should be illegal

Complete fraud. I searched for official Ryanair. Esky comes up. Select flights at one price. Takes you to next screen for add ons. Long page of add ons to scroll through. I select none. At the bottom is the book now section to enter your card. When you do that and it confirms payment you realize you’ve been charged an extra 70E. Only after do you realize that it was a line item right at the top right of the page, but the total is never confirmed when hitting book now and thus is easy to miss. Especially when the prior page shows only the flight charges and nothing add ons were selected. At several points during booking the RYAN AIR logo is present. Totally deceptive. By the time you reach book now the line item is far out of your view. Not a way to do business at all. NEVER AGAIN. I immediately used the chat function to dispute/cancel and the bot says “sorry service fees are non refundable”

UAE airspace was shut down, so the airline cancelled the whole trip and scheduled a FULL refund.
They deducted over $300 out of of $2000 paid as non-refundable. Hyenas!

Ms. Alexandra was very kind and gave me all the details I asked for over the phone. Every time I called Esky, everything I needed was quickly resolved.
