Misleading marketing and scam. I googled for Wizz Air and inteneded to book directly with them. eSky came up as search result in an ad and they have intentionally constructed the ad to be a copy of Wizz Air to mislead consumer to them, instead of the flight company. They use Wizz airs logo, an URL starting with Wizz air, Wizz air in header and footer etc. It is designed to be a copy of the flight companies Web on Google. Then they charge 300 SEK server fee without adding any value. I first realized that I booked though an agent after receiving a booking mail.

I can see in Trustpilot rating that many customers mistake eSky for the flight carrier at Google. This is a marketing strategy from their side. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM - IT WILL ONLY COST YOU EXTRA!

It was easy to use the site.

ESky.se issued a flight ticket with Vietnam airlines that was not available when checking with the airline. Ticket number was not available with Vietnam airlines. I lost 400 SEK in booking fee and rebooked directly with Vietnam airlines.
Scam company based in Poland.

I booked a flight through lucky2go (part of the eSky group) at a price clearly displayed during checkout. After payment, I discovered I had been charged significantly more, with additional fees that were never shown or mentioned at any point during the booking process.

When I contacted customer service, they provided a breakdown of charges that were completely absent from the purchase screen. I have a screenshot proving the price I agreed to pay, yet despite multiple attempts, they have consistently ignored this evidence and refused to address the actual issue.

I had a major issue with this company about getting refund. I had contact with them and first they send me a form to fill in on Polish, then they say they will send me one in English that I never received. We had communication and I kept telling them about the issue and they stopped responding. And they chat support is ai. When you eventually speak with a human they take more than 15 minutes to check information and if you close the phone or the chat then you have to start all over. This company never contacted me back or took anything serious or in a professional matter so in the end I lost all my money. Don't buy tickets here there is more reliable companies!

Bluff-företag! Vi köpte biljetter med Ryanair via Esky och tecknade en separat avbokningsförsäkring. När vi kontaktade dem för att avboka blev vi hänvisade till Ryanair som sa att de aldrig tillåter avbokningar utan det fick vi ta med Esky som då svarade att den försäkringen bara täcker flygplatsskatt och annat krafs. Ryanair upplyste också om att Esky inte är en regelrätt resebyrå utan att de köper biljetter på Ryanairs hemsida. Och eftersom de ligger i Polen kan man inte anmäla till Konsumentverket. Uselt företag! Köp direkt via Ryanair istället

Easy booking

Not a reliable company. I paid extra for a carry on bag when I purchased my ticket. Despite this, SAS charged me 450 DDK extra for this since eSky had not paid them.
When I now ask eSky for a refund they refuse, saying that SAS has charged me for something else(a carry on item) which is not true. A carry on item was free from charge. ESky it trying to get away with these 450 DDK. Amazing.
Moreover they sent me a new booking info saying that no handluggage was included. But of course I have the original one saying that I have paid a ticket with it included. Ridiculous an unserious company.

För längre resor med mellanlandning förväntar jag mig professionell service och god bekvämlighet ombord, något denna resa enligt min mening saknade. Jag har dessutom ännu inte fått någon hjälp med återbetalning för utgifter kopplade till ett inställt flyg, trots att jag betalade extra för en försäkring som ska täcka sådana situationer. I efterhand hade jag hellre betalat mer och valt ett annat flygbolag.
