Not a reliable company. I paid extra for a carry on bag when I purchased my ticket. Despite this, SAS charged me 450 DDK extra for this since eSky had not paid them.
When I now ask eSky for a refund they refuse, saying that SAS has charged me for something else(a carry on item) which is not true. A carry on item was free from charge. ESky it trying to get away with these 450 DDK. Amazing.
Moreover they sent me a new booking info saying that no handluggage was included. But of course I have the original one saying that I have paid a ticket with it included. Ridiculous an unserious company.

För lÀngre resor med mellanlandning förvÀntar jag mig professionell service och god bekvÀmlighet ombord, något denna resa enligt min mening saknade. Jag har dessutom Ànnu inte fått någon hjÀlp med återbetalning för utgifter kopplade till ett instÀllt flyg, trots att jag betalade extra för en försÀkring som ska tÀcka sådana situationer. I efterhand hade jag hellre betalat mer och valt ett annat flygbolag.

Det sÀmsta bolaget jag någonsin bokat en resa med, kommer aldrig att boka en resa med detta bolag och råder ingen att någonsin boka en resa med detta företag igen. Vi bokade en resa med avbokningsskydd och ville avboka resan några dagar efter bokning då vi fick ett annat bÀttre erbjudande. Trots att vi betalat extra för avbokningsskydd skulle avbokning kosta 6000kr. Det finns inget sÀtt att att ringa till företaget då de inte svarar på numret. Ingen hjÀlp överhuvudtaget av kundtjÀnst. Boka aldrig med det hÀr företaget.

I was looking for a trip to the city of Kloten in Switzerland, and while searching online, I came across the website Esky.se. I searched there for hotels in Kloten. Unfortunately, the website turned out to be a scam. First of all, it is not Swedish â it is actually a Polish website. It listed a hotel with the word Basel written next to it. Since I am not familiar with the cities in Switzerland, I assumed that âBaselâ was part of the hotelâs name. So I booked a hotel, but later I realized that it was actually located in the city of Basel. I immediately tried to contact them for help, but I received no support at all. Their website says that their WhatsApp support is available 24/7, but that is a lie. They have a chatbot that does not understand anything and does not give any real answers. I made several suggestions and sent several emails, but no one responded to my suggestion.
In my opinion, this website is a scam.

MalÃsima experiencia. Realizo la reserva, me lo confirman y me cogen el dinero. El dÃa antes del vuelo quiero hacer el check in con wizz air y no aparece la reserva. Digo lo tendré que hacer en el aeropuerto. Mi sorpresa: no hay reserva hecha y me indican desde wizz air que son unos estafadores y que deberÃa de hablar con la policÃa y poner una demanda.
No hay teléfono al que llamar y nadie da la cara...Es más, delante de mi en la fila para hacer el check in, 4 personas más, con el mismo problema que el mÃo...todos sin reserva, sin vuelo y dinero perdido
