Esnan was fantastic in their customer support, guided team translator and also their transport team all working in an efficient timely manner to keep you safe and on time..
I found the only service professionally done was their individual implants which i found fantastic in their excellence of workmanship but then again it still might be a little early to give this accreditation but for now I certainly will.
I would not recommend root canals or crowns..only depending on who does them (as I went twice) and while being there you might find yourself a little uncomfortable being a foreigner around unskilled young rude staff but donât take it too personal even though they will make you feel unwanted being so judgementalâŠso make sure you request and surround yourself with mature skillled professionals, even though it might cost you a little more..
I found their root canals to be ineffective as they did not commit to the process in a timely efficient manner and did not seem to care at all and rushing as this can obviously lead to a failed root canals which it did.
They are quick to respond to any related questions while you are there (part of their aftercare) but canât guarantee anything else..
They are reasonably priced . Being at their Skyland practise which was pretty much brand new and very stylish, I would go with their first recommendation while youâre there as they seem to be professsional in their advice..and recommend the obvious which you might not follow through with.
I had a couple of teeth here that dentists did not want to touch and had a high risk of losing them but I took the chance with esnan and I was so proud of them on the first trip that as they completed it with compliments âŠMy second trip was awful and so was the service as there were a lot of mistakes with the treatment. I probably would not go there again unless i was sure with the staff ..
I highly recommend Mohammed Rashed being my assistant ,my periodontist Ohan and of course the brunette girls upstairs for the professionalism and skills, also the managers for their consults âŠand the bar staff for their generous hospitality..

I had all my teeth extracted, and I was sent back to the hotel with only three sterile gauze pads.
Around midnight, I experienced severe bleeding, and my wife had to take a taxi through Istanbul in the middle of the night searching for an open pharmacy to buy more sterile gauze.
In the end, we also had to pay an additional 70 USD to the hotel because the bed sheets became soaked with blood.
The medical team also miscalculated the treatment timeline for my wife by two days. They attempted to charge us for these extra days, which added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. On the final day, they gave us an appointment at 3 p.m. but asked us to check out of the hotel at 11 a.m. and wait with our luggage in the clinic.
These last-day arrangements created additional discomfort and pressure that we did not expect from a professional team.
However, the medical team itself performed well; the hospitality and logistics team, on the other hand, needs more training.
Out of respect for the doctors, I did not make this review public,
but we went through very stressful and difficult days during the treatment.

Dreadful experience, no communication with customers, promise a time and don't bother telling you if its late or you cant be fitted in. Waited 3 hours yesterday and a further hour today. This was the most expensive quote I received. I thought id get a high level of service for the price, definitely not the case. Save your money and go cheaper. The biggest problem that your staff lost any interest to the patient after the patient paid money. The relationship was changed after payment. And also noone of staff want to try to sort out small teath problem and provide any information after payment. I begged to claen my teeth and have a look a potential problem teath (at this moment I have a problem with it). Why I should begged for any service? I pay money for it
My wife was done one teath twice and noone was successful. She still has problem with it. Yes, she could visit clinic and sort out it again as free but it is not easy and not free to visit clinic which locates abroad.
Another problem with poor communication, their level of English not enough to communicate freely.
Probably that kind of service is acceptable for people from countries where there is no dental service at all. We had much better level of service for that sum of money. It possible that next we will choose Moldova for medical treatment.
