The Best pads available.
Even though, the prices are a little high, the quality and durability of these pads are a lot better then what you get with the store brands. Their Customer Service is great, too.

Best pull up diaper and responsive customer service
I’ve ordered from this company for over 2 years. Best pull up brief I’ve ever used. And the company customer service is human, friendly and so helpful when I need my order sooner or change number of weeks between orders. I wouldn’t change for the world. Highly recommend!

Customer Service
Would have given a 5 except, I had to make several after I got of the hospital because they sending diapers while I was in hospital for over a month. My husband tried to have them suspend delivery until I got out of hospital and they wouldn’t do it. The diapers are good but not the best customer service

Experience was good.
There needs to be more padding on the back or the pants as I am bedridden and so much padding in front does not hold urine that drips to back when in bed.

I order the disposable underwear for
my sister who is recovering from cancer. She has been very happy with them. She said they fit well and don't leak. I have them on auto ship but sometimes I have to order sooner. Everyone I talk to on the phone is very helpful. My order always arrives in about 3 or 4 days.

So far, so good.
I started using the product about a month ago. I experience very heavy leaks which even the strongest underwear can't contain. When I add the overnight pads, I have better success.

Update 5/4: Thank you, Ms. Hancock, for taking our call. I'm so glad we were able to figure out the problem. When the carrier returned the order due to a bad address, we were able to find the original mailed-in order and find the address discrepancies. However, we've corrected your address moving forward, and shipped your replacement order on Friday. We apologize for the confusion during your calls; we're working with our team to better understand our carrier's notes to refer to our customers.

Better Quality Than Store Options
We have been purchasing Essential 360 pads for my mother, who has recently needed this type of protection. She has shared that the quality is noticeably better than what is available in stores, and she really appreciates the discreet home delivery. While the price is a bit higher, the quality absolutely reflects that. We will continue to use Essential 360 products.
