I appreciate how Because is reliably sending their products to me.
I've learned to wear an Overnight with a Premium on top to provide a more secure fit around my thin thighs. Now, at last, no more leakage during the night!
I do hesitate to call only because the reps ask twenty personal questions.
Redeeming my reward points is frustrating.

Products are good, but not exceptional, and on the more expensive end of the cost spectrum as compared with comparable products from other companies. Because Market has the most pleasant customer service agents I’ve ever encountered; however, their agents seem unable to offer any help that isn’t part of a scripted product pitch. I encountered a problem with a “custom” bundle of 2 products meant to be used together. The problem stemmed from a quantity mismatch in packaging of Product 1 (20 per pack) and Product 2 (10 per pack). Because defines the bundle as 4 packs of each product, resulting in a 50% surplus of Product 1 each month. The pleasant customer service agents seem incapable of grasping the quantity mismatch problem and have offered only one solution - cancelling my subscription. So much for a “custom” bundle or customer service. The convenience of auto delivery is being overshadowed by unresponsive, ineffective customer service.

The staff are very helpful and connect with their customers. They answer questions while showing care and concern. I love the products. They make a bad situation go much smoother. The fit is much better than any other product in the market. The ordering is easy and shipping is fast.

Your product allows me to use the different levels of your product to use for different occasions and your hba products complement the usage of your product. I also like the subscribe and save option.

When I found your overnight diapers. It was a new beginning. 6 years of bladder inconstant from bad back surgery. Finally a product that lives up to its claim 6 cups is impressive. You become my go to brand.

Comfortable and efficient

First, these are the best underwear I have found for keeping me dry overnight or on long trips. Secondly, I live in two different places and the shipping department has yet to make a mistake about where to ship my order. I highly recommend you folks!

I ordered too much of different products that either didn't fit properly or didn't meet my needs. I ended up with a closet full of items I couldn't or wouldn't use. Finally found the right size and product. I tried to donate the unused products to care facilities, but health laws prevent them from accepting them. What a waste of good products that someone can use and maybe can't afford. I should have just ordered sample packs of each item I thought might be best for my needs.

Because are the best I have found. It feels like cotton and any accidental leak is wicked away and doesn’t even feel like you had the accident. The pads are just as great.

I have been buying because incontinence products for my mother for over a year and it has been a game changer. Great quality products and so convenient that it arrives at her doorstep!

You make a good product. I wear them daily. I don’t have any leak worries. I have been using Because for years and Depends don’t compare.

Your products seem to work best for me. I have tried different brands but I keep coming back to Because. The fit is great a doesn't restrict my movement. All in all a very good product.

I am totally incontinence. Because is the best product that I have found. We had a coupon at CVS and decided to try the overnight ones. A little on the pricey side,but in the long run it's better than ruining my mattress from the other ones.

I don't like the fit of your overnight briefs. the XL are too small and the XXL are too large. You need to produce something in between.

Their overnight products work very well. I was glad to find them.

I ordered a sample of Because overnight underwear because I needed more absorption than I was getting from other brands. The design was quite different and I was a bit timid to try it. But then I was delighted that the garment was so comfortable and there was no leaking. Before trying Because, I used underwear at night and pads during the day. Had leaks with both but continued pads because of difficulty for changing underwear with outside pants. I was so pleased with night time use of Because that I decided to find a way to make changing easier in the daytime. I figured it out, and now am free to enjoy far longer times between changes in the day and no leaky nights. The fabric is comfortable against my skin, and the contact fabric stays dry until it is really full of fluid. (I have no sensation of wetness due to neurological deficit, so I wear until really full to avoid change until necessary.) And the overnight underwear is far more comfortable than pads when sitting in a wheelchair. Using this product has enabled me to enjoy social activities that I couldn't when I had to use the bathroom for changing so frequently. I order it by subscription, which saves money and doesn't require too much storage space because of free monthly delivery. Will continue only to use the overnight underwear for urinary incontinence. I suspect that this product would be better than most for fecal incontinence, with more frequent changes required. I have an colostomy so that doesn't apply. The containment design is so good that even when I accidentally put it on inside out, it collected the fluid until changing without leaking--groggy morning, I guess! Customer service was helpful to get me to the right solution for my needs.

The products and service are wonderful. The website is a little tricky but certainly works well. Subscription is so convenient and flexible.
