Det er sjældent at opleve et firma der er helt ligeglad med deres kunders oplevelser - når man henvender sig med en reklamation over et af deres produkter. Jeg har henvendt mig skriftligt for ca. 2 uger siden, ligesom butikken hvor jeg har købt varen har henvendt sig - ingen respons overhovedet. Det betyder selvsagt, at det er slut med at købe deres produkter.

I have been a loyal customer for many years buying Plenty Kitchen Roll and Plenty Max, it used to be fabulous and it was worth the higher price tag, now they have jumped onto the shrinkflation bandwagon and reduced the quality bit by bit for minimum costs to theirselves and maximum profits, it is now no better than the cheap kitchen roll that is over half it's price, I will no longer be buying from them at all, they have totally ruined a fantastic product, what an absolute shame that Bounty sold their product to a company that have destroyed their brand, greed is obviously more important than customer satisfaction.
Appalling customer service, sub standard goods
I had three faulty level 2 protective Tena pads. I sent them on request to Essity as Amazon do not accept consumables. I was told it would take 28 days to test. They now do not answer emails so I called them and got told that all they could do was email the relevant department. Their so called ‘customer service’ is non existent’, staff are rude and helpless.

The end result is utter and total rubbish.Their toilet rolls and kitchen towel are most certainly NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. HAVE PURCHASED “ Plenty “for years since it was BOUNTY. HAVE BEEN HAPPY-UNTIL RECENTLY. THEY HAVE COMPLETELY DESTROYED THE QUALITY NOW. WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN.

Don't Purchase if You Care About Animal Testing
I thought these were a good idea, until I delved deeper into their website, where they wrote, "Essity does not test its products or materials on animals unless it is required by law, for example in parts of China and Brazil, or by the globally harmonized standard ISO 10993 for medical devices." In other words, they don't really case about animal welfare and put monetary gain over ethics. Very disappointing. Don't buy if you care about animals.

Am 28.Mai 2024 habe ich eine versehentliche Überweisung in Höhe von 50,13 € an Essity vorgenommen. Seither versuche ich, durch Anrufe und per Email das Unternehmen, das sich schon lange im Verzug befindet, zu einer Rückzahlung zu veranlassen, bislang ohne jeglichen Erfolg. Ich werde einen Mahnbescheid beantragen müssen.
Auch sehr lästig und der Grund für die Fehlüberweisung: Eine ordnungsgemäße Rechnung für im Internet bestellte Ware bekommt man nur von Essity, während die Zahlungen an Klarna erfolgen sollen.

Bestilte søndag den 3.9.23 nye bleer og ville ændre størrelsen fra S til M.
Det kan man ikke ved bestilling. Skrev så samtidig en mail til Essity og bad om levering med den ændrede størrelse. Fik mail den 4.9.23 om at det skulle jeg først have afklaret med kommunen. Skrev så samme dag ny mail og annullerede ordren.
Tjekkede den 05.09.23 om ordren var slettet - det var den ikke!!!
Ringede så til “kundeservice” som ikke kunne annullere ordren eller lave en kreditnota. Jeg kunne modtage bleerne “0g evt. give dem til nogen jeg kendte der brugt de samme bleer eller smide dem væk”. Blev henvist til at JEG selv skulle løse problemet via kommunen. Ekstrem dårlig kundeservice.

Svigersønnen og jeg kom til at tale om Lotus Comfort toilet papir, var blevet væsenligt dårligere !
Der er vist på emballagen at det skal være 3 lags, som det også har været før i tiden, men det er det ikke længere. Det er kun 2 lags, det kan jeg godt mærke, at jeg hellere ikke, har det så godt med at bruge det !
Efter min mening snyder i jo kunderne nu.

Your new take on Lotus paper towel is a disaster. Not only is it 19 gram down for a higher price, the quality of the tissue is comparable with discount tissues. Never again Lotus. Don’t ever underestimate your customers.
'Plenty' paper towels have started to stink when wet...…
'Plenty' paper towels bought from Tesco have started to stink when wet in the last few months.
At first I thought it was something else but then realised it was the towels. I took the pack back and Tesco exchanged it (I had to wet a towel to prove it to the initially sceptical staff member, who winced as he sniffed it). However the replacement pack was just as bad.
This seems to be happening elsewhere. A US review from complaintsboard for Bounty towels (ref bounty-towels-stink-c596368) said:
"Proctor and Gamble's Bounty Paper Towels give off this horrendous smell once they are wet. I always purchase the 8-pack at Costco, but the last time I did, I started noticing a horrible chemical smell emitting from the wet paper towel. The smell is so bad, that I refuse to use them to wrap veggies in, or even to pat fruit dry. The paper towels ruined a whole stalk of celery to the point where it was inedible. What is going on? I've written the company, only to receive a coupon with no explanation. Has anyone else had this problem?"
On the US site, other customers also complained. I believe this US product is now unconnected to Essity but this description fits what I have experienced with Plenty towels (the Essity product). As the US consumer says 'what is going on?'
I have previously used the Plenty towels to dry crockery and vegetables on the basis that they (the towels) would be sterile. I don't feel it is safe to do so any more.
One US reviewer says it smells like benzalkonium chloride which he goes on to say 'is a disinfectant approved to kill covid so companies are spraying everything with it'.
If this is the case with Plenty towels, I would like to know
I have used these Plenty towels for many years but now intend to stop because I consider them a risk to my health and they are probably only safe to use to mop up spills on a floor.
Cushelle Original substandard
Cushelle Original has become unusale in the last few months - akin too school days tracing paper!
rough, thin and leaves a sore bottom!
Have used Cushelle formerly Charmin, forever - switched to quilted when original went down the pan, but had product switched on a delivery to original - never again.
Contacted customer services - not for money return (this was offered along with collection sample), but to enquire why they had gone from what I perceive to be a leading brand/quality, to something that is clearly inferior - why would anyone do that.
Tubeless - also a ridiculous concept, especially for such thin paper - the last third of the roll is now effectively stuck together and is very difficult to use... the fact they do not apply this to their other products shows that it is not environmental or favourable - it is clearly because they have reduced the original quality to a cheap version.
I did see many similar feedbacks, but you are unable to click on the feedback on cushelle to read them all in full, hence the review here about the customer service company.

Når man bestiller bleer får man oplyst hvilken dato de leveres. Når de så alligevel ikke leveres - og heller ikke kommer dagen efter eller dagen efter.. så må man ringe op for at spørge til om de er på vej. Får der oplyst at de først kan leveres efter yderligere 1½ uge.. dvs knap 3 uger efter bestilling. Men man får en dato.
Men når man så har ventet de 3 uger og datoen oprinder - ja så kommer de heller ikke ?? Suk.
Det er jo i sig selv et stort problem at man ikke kan få leveret bleer ! - men hvorfor giver de i det mindste ikke kunden besked herom ?? Det er da dårlig kundeservice.
De lavede ny hjemmeside hvor man kan bestille - men det er også det eneste man kan dér.. man kan feks ikke se om noget er bestilt og ikke leveret.. eller hvornår det forventes leveret - så man er nødt til at ringe.. og der kan man så snildt vente 30-40 min på at komme igennem..
