Deres nye hjemmeside kunne være lavet smartere. For det første kræver det nyeste browser versioner. Og dem der har været ansvarlig for implementering af den nye hjemmeside har opført sig som om de ikke havde meget forstand på det arbejde der skulle udføres så brugere ikke skulle generes unødigt, men det er jo klart at Tena har fået en utømmelig kilde til let indtjening. Uden konkurrence.

Vi har ble bevilling til vores svært autistiske søn. Det er ikke en leg at få en bevilling og man bruger åndsvagt meget krudt på dansen med kommunen. At leverandøren af hjælpemidlet så er så ufatteligt ligeglade med brugerne er mig en gåde. En hjemmeside, hvor man ikke tydeligt kan se om bevillingen er i orden, ingen beskeder, hvis der er problemer og bare generelt sådan et “ajmen, det er dit ansvar at gennemskue vores kringlede system og huske datoerne..” nu står vi uden bleer og uden mulighed for at få nogle. Op til en helligdagsperiode. Og med en sagsbehandlingstid hos kommunen på fire uger, kan vi se frem til en maj måned fyldt med l o r t. I bogstaveligste forstand!

I had purchased the Cushelle Ultra Quilted toilet rolls for some months and was pleased with their quality. However some weeks ago I noticed that the quality had deteriorated quite a lot. The paper was much rougher and the perforations were useless - many sheets were now just tearing jaggedly across, rather than along the perforations. In addition, the 'Cushelle' logo was no longer imprinted along the roll. There was such a difference that I had to check the packaging in case I had picked up the wrong item. The label and packaging were as they always were, so that was not the problem. I sent an e-mail via their website asking if they were having production problems. I did get a reply - of sorts; a message saying they were sorry I was not happy with the product and, that was it! No-one even put their name to it, or a department. I certainly will not be buying their products any longer, as customers are now paying a premium price for an inferior product and they obviously do not care.

Essity/Tena recently took part in offering their customers free sample SILHOUETTE PADS and pantiliners via freebie website. Postage was paid for by them and sent out. Such a good idea having them in black and so discrete, blending with your underwear.

I tried to leave an honest review about cushelle ultra quilted coconut on their website and they have removed it and advised it doesn’t meet their standards why doesn’t it meet their standards ?? Because it’s a bad review?? Here it is again so be warned when you look at their reviews they are over moderated and only show the 4 and 5 star reviews so wrong!!

Great idea but causes UTI’s
I bought this toilet roll as I saw it on a deal in Asda. First impressions were really good. However, finally realised after 4 bouts of uti’s that I needed antibiotics to clear that it is this causing it so no I will not buying it again

DO NOT THROW THEIR WIPES IN THE TOILET !

They write on the package that they can be thrown into the toilet but they can't. They do not dissolve.

This company should pay a lot of money for the constant water pump maintenance that our municipalities has to do.

Recently, I had some vouchers for some of Essity's products.
As I am having to isolate, I bought the items online and approached the supermarket to ask how I could reclaim the monies, and I was told that they could only refund if I were in store.
So, I wrote to Essity, who wrote back saying that they wouldn't honour the vouchers despite my being penalised already by having to isolate.
I have also written to Essity's MD or CEO and received no reply. That is not an acceptable response.
It is hard enough and costs me more to be in isolation, but then to have a company refuse to communicate, and refuse to honour vouchers is discrimination against people with a disability. That, I understand is illegal.
My recommendation would be to avoid Essity's products.

Estamos tremendamente decepcionados con COLHOGAR - ESSITY que creíamos seria y responsable y que no lo es.

La atención al cliente es pésima y sólo sirve lo que ellos dicen y al cliente (ya ex-cliente) que le den.

Venden al menos un producto a través de publicidad engañosa porque la realidad dista mucho de lo que prometen por escrito y no la explican en ningún lado. Sólo tuvimos conocimiento de dicha realidad cuando pedimos explicaciones. A pesar de ello, no entona el mea culpa ni se responsabiliza.

No recomendamos a nadie que compre sus productos porque el día que tengan algún problema con ellos no les van a hacer casi que ni caso (sólo dirán que ya han respondido, de hacerlo, barriendo para casa, pero el cliente se queda igual que antes). Como alternativa, recomendamos Foxy, con quienes nos hemos puesto en contacto siendo su atención intachable porque les importa su cliente y lo cuidan.

Hacemos pública esta opinión porque no somos las únicas personas que hemos tenido el mismo problema y, por no extendernos en explicaciones, no las publicamos pero estamos abiertos a que cualquiera que lo desee nos solicite la información y pruebas pertinentes.

Essity är verkligen ett företag som lyckats väl med att skapa hållbarhet i sin verksamhet i denna värld då vi alla måste göra vårt yttersta för att rädda planeten
