Kam pasur një eksperiencë jashtëzakonisht pozitive me Este Medical Albania dhe ndihem shumë e kënaqur me trajtimet që kam kryer atje. Që nga momenti i parë, stafi ka qenë shumë mikpritës, profesional dhe i kujdesshëm në çdo hap të procesit.

Trajtimet që kam bërë kanë qenë të mirëorganizuar dhe me rezultate të dukshme, që i kanë tejkaluar pritshmëritë e mia. Përdorin teknologji moderne dhe gjithmonë ndihesh në duar të sigurta. Ambientet janë shumë të pastra, komode dhe të kuruara në detaje, gjë që të jep menjëherë ndjesinë e besimit dhe rehatisë.

Ajo që më ka bërë më shumë përshtypje është përkushtimi i stafit për t’u siguruar që çdo klient largohet i kënaqur dhe me një eksperiencë pozitive. Pa dyshim, është një nga klinikat më profesionale në Shqipëri në fushën e estetikës dhe kujdesit për lëkurën.

When we first arrived for our appointments everyone was so welcoming and offered us tea and coffee and made us feel very relaxed
We had appointments with Dr Klaudia for PRP and Dr Shqipe for Botox and they were very helpful when explaining the treatments and took the time to ask us as many questions as we needed without feeling rushed or like we were being annoying

The actual treatment was as painfree as possible and everything was clean and done with care and attention

We are only a couple of days post treatment but already feel great and are excited to see the effects

We will 100% be returning and are so excited for the next visit

I have waited almost 5 months to be able to give a full and accurate review of this clinic after trying a few of the treatments offered and see how effective it is with time passing.
I must start by leasing Dr. Xhensila her devotion and love to her profession is the reason I’m confident I would get the best value for my spending! On a few occasions she was training other doctors and staff whilst undergoing treatments and could not help but noticing how much attention to the smallest details she gives and in return whilst on some visits other doctors or staff made procedures, I could tell that they have been trained by the best.
I have moved to Albania mid last year and after visiting a few clinics in Tirana for facial treatments I was excited to know that Este medical had opened a branch in Tirana as I had previous experience with the clinic in the UK, having visited Este in both in London and Birmingham I was amazed when visiting the clinic in Tirana as I genuinely believe the standard was one of the highest I have seen with the latest renovation in the aesthetics technology!
My absolute favourite treatments are candela laser hair removal since November I had 2 sessions and almost no unwanted hair growth, Maderotherapy is another recommend treatment Xhevi is highly trained and very passionate+ the fact she dose the treatment always with her assistant which makes the treatment most time effective and results are visible after 3 treatments in my case.

Management is very involved in clients needs and aim to always resolve any concerns or questions.
The only downside in my opinion is it has become more difficult with regards to flexibility when booking my appointments as the clinic seem to have become more popular and busier since opening last year.

Prej disa kohesh bej laserin candela gentlemax pro plus te este medical albania dhe e them me nje siguri 100% qe eshte klinika me e mire ne Shqiperi,akoma nuk e kam mbaruar numrin e seancave qe duhet te bej dhe mendoj se nuk kam me nevoje sepse ky lazer ben qe qimet te zhduken me magji.Xhevi eshte vajza qe ben lazerin,eshte nje vajze shume e afte ne punen qe ben dhe mbi te gjitha shume e sjellshme.Une do ta vleresoja deri ne ♾️ si kliniken ashtu dhe vajzen.❤️

At Este Medical group Albania, I am very satisfied with all the treatments done, now I am doing one of the treatments that Este serves, which I am doing with one of the professional girls of this staff, Xhevi is the best. I give maximum ratings as one of the best clinics!

Nisa sencat e laserit tek klinika este medical albania. Ne fillim isha skeptik por pas konsultes me doktoreshen u ndjeva i sigurt dhe i bindur per rezultate qe do kem. Ambienti ishte i ngrohte,mikeprites dhe vajzat te gjjtha shume te kujdesshme. Xhevi eshte vajza qe u kujdes per mua, ishte shume e komunikueshme dhe teper e kujdesshme gjate seances.

I recently experienced the Madero Massage, and it exceeded my expectations. Xhevi is so skilled and provided a truly rejuvenating experience. The ambiance was serene, and her attention to detail made the session exceptional. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a top-notch Madero service!

Kam qene shume skeptike per laserin me xhel por pasi provova laserin tek Este kam nderruar plotesisht mendim. Kam bere vetem 2 seanca dhe kam nje super rezultat. Qe ne fillim jam ndjekur me Xhevin e cila tregon shume kujdes me nje frikacake si puna ime dhe ma ben trajtimin me te kendshem e me me pak dhimbje.

I have been a patient of Este Medical Albania since the first day it was opened in Tirana. I have had all my treatments with doctor Xhensila Flamuraj. Laser hair removal, injections, hydrafacial. I always follow her advices on which treatments i should do next, because she knows my skin best. I completely trust her and I don't think it twice if she recommends me on treatment.
