I wanted to share my experience at Este Medical London after starting treatment for alopecia. When I first came in, I was basically bald and honestly wasn’t sure what to expect. Fast forward just three months, and the results have been incredible, I already have a significant amount of hair growth, and I’m excited to see how much more progress I’ll make over time.

A very special thank you to Irina for her expertise and care throughout my treatments. She’s been amazing every step of the way. Also, a big shoutout to Jiyan and all the girls at reception, who are always so welcoming and accommodating, they really make every visit a positive experience.

I’m genuinely so happy with how things are going and would highly recommend Este Medical London to anyone dealing with alopecia.

Este has taken great care of me throughout my hair journey. The technicians, especially Irena, are incredibly attentive and supportive during exosome therapy, making the whole process feel comfortable and reassuring. Sherine and her team are equally amazing—they make sure I stay on track with my laser sessions and consistently check in to ensure both I and my hair are well looked after. Their dedication really shows in the level of care they provide.

The reception team is also kind, patient, and understanding, always willing to answer questions and guide me through the different therapies. Overall, the support and professionalism from everyone at Este have made a real difference in my experience.

I attended Este medical for an initial consultation regarding concern around thinning hair which had increased since menopause. The director was informative & supportive taking into account my personal circumstances which was really reassuring. The girls who I see weekly for laser treatment go above and beyond especially Tannaz but I can’t fault any of the team. I would recommend Este both for the treatments offered as well as the customer care.

Shirn has been absolutely fantastic throughout my entire treatment with Este Medical Group. From the very beginning, she has been incredibly helpful, kind, and genuinely considerate, always taking the time to ensure I felt comfortable and well informed. She takes great care when doing my hair, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

The front desk team are also excellent—always accommodating when I need to change my appointments, and they handle everything smoothly and without any hassle.

I have been attending este medical for my second treatment package. Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Irana who explains the treatments and does a great job, she is always attentive and provides a great service.
My consultant Harj is also very helpful and always provides help and guidance when needed, the after care is also very good, my package finishes soon but I will have a post appointment with Harj to discuss any questions I have or any further treatments required.
I would definitely recommended este to anyone suffering with hair loss.

I had a surgery booked with the Leeds Este medical by a lady called GIZEM. The tummy surgery cost me £7000 (7k).
2min before going in surgery a lady called Tuba which is Este medical employee asked me to sign before surgery and said “oh it’s just procedure stuff” I dozed off due to the drugs and I woke up and told my partner to get me a copy of what she made me sign. which he did. I later read she made me sign a disclaimer saying that possible chance of death and I accept that it is a side effect!
I was so upset as I did not know this and was not told this I repeatedly asked this question to gizem and she did not tell me there is chance of death.
Moving forward whilst in the hospital bed after surgery I messaged gizem on WhatsApp which is how she spoke to me and asked her what the next steps are as nobody spoke English at the hospital and kept pointing at the word Este to contact them. Gizem absolutely ripped my head off through messages and was EXTREMELY rude and harsh to me. My nose and ears started bleeding as I got so upset by how she spoke to me. I thought I was going to die (I have pictures of the full conversation and pictures of the bleeding. My partner even messaged her from my phone saying she has caused this to happen to me and to stop messaging abuse at me. The nurses were all rushed to me in emergency and told me to not talk to anyone and kept coming in to check my bloods……

After this I returned home in flight organised by ester without knowing you should not fly in aeroplanes after these kinds of surgery as it can cause blood clot and death. I suffered in agony on the plane. When I got back I went to see a GP within 1hour of landing to the uk.
My GP advised me the correct care and what to do next and was shocked by what I had endured.
I wrote a complaint on trust pilot and what gizem did to me at that point and Este and a man called Emre contacted me and requested that I delete the post while he investigates I agreed. No investigation was done. Emre is the director of the company and also THE UNCLE OF GIZEM.
A few weeks later I notice my procedure was bent and they stitched me up wrong it appears that my right hip is sticking out like a rugby ball/ sharks head and my left side is Normal. Also my stomach has been stitched up pulling to the right so the belly button is pulling to the left.
I spoke to the director and he said he has sent my videos and pictures to the surgeon and they said it’s a EDEMA so I got a second opinion and I went to a uk GP and they advised and checked me and they said your surgeon has appeared to have done a uneven plastic surgery and to go back to the provider and I do NOT have a edema or infection but in fact the surgeon has not done a even job. I then notified Emre who fast talked me and said let me get back to you and then he stopped replying. I put in a formal complaint to Este and they referred me back to TUBA the girl at the surgery that made me sign the papers.
She organised a video call with the surgeon and he said he NEVER told Emre it was an edema and he said the only way to fix this is to redo the procedure. Tuba said she will get back to me with the next steps and I said I don’t feel comfortable redoing with you I would rather get a quote from somewhere else and you guys pay the bill. She said to be patient and she’s going to sort it out.

As of now when I have chased up what’s going on as it’s been 5 months since she kept saying be patient TUBA has left the company and Este are not fixing what they have done to me.

They have RUINED MY LIFE. THEY ROBBED ME.

Please stay away from this company you could die from their procedures and they don’t care once they’ve taken the money. Im absolutely heartbroken at what they have done to me and it took me 6 years to save that money up and I trusted this evil company.
Dont be fooled by the positive reviews . They bribe people with free treatments to delete posts showing the pain and suffering experiences. I also fell for the bribe at one point

Update on my health - it is exactly 12months since my surgery and it has been 11months and 2 weeks since EMRE apologised and said they would fix this.
I have been taking depression medication. My right side of my body is still a botched job and heavily noticeable. I am unable to wear jeans or normal pants as the hip sticks out like a rugby ball. I only wear oversized clothes. My nerves have been damaged and I have lost permanent feeling on my right side. When I sit down the odd shape the surgeon made on my right side folds over and the skin rubs so I cant sit for longer that 5minutes without feeling pain. I hate my appearance. I hate what they have done to me and I can not afford to fix this I am a single mother of a disabled child and. I worked so hard for years to do this one thing for myself and ESTE has broken me.

I recently had Laser treatment at Este Medical Group, and I am so happy with my results.
As well, I've done PRF and Exosomes. From the very beginning, the receptionist was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. She made the whole process smooth and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in.
My therapist, Shirin, was absolutely fantastic. She was knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the treatment. I felt completely confident in her care.

Had an amazing experience getting my treatment done from Este medical group. The staff are so nice and welcoming especially Shirin and Irina they done an amazing job.

Before having my initial consultation with the Bristol clinic I was experiencing heavy hair loss and was extremely concerned. After my consultation I was recommended red light treatment accompanied by minoxidil treatment. Within a month of my 6 month plan I stopped experiencing hair fall and over time I quickly noticed baby hairs growing back and my hair becoming thicker and fuller. Post treatment I am extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend to anyone experiencing similar issues,

I was really impressed with the Este Medical Group clinic and the excellent services you offer. The quality of your equipment was top-notch, which made my laser session a great experience. I highly recommend the operator (Aesthetic technician), Ms. Fereshteh. She was absolutely amazing, very skilled, professional, and precise in her work. Her explanations were clear and thorough, and she made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire session. On top of that, she was incredibly kind and patient. The clinic itself had a very calm, clean, and stylish atmosphere, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I’m looking forward to more sessions with Ms. Fereshteh in the future and continuing to have such a great experience at your clinic.

I have been doing my laser hair removal and laser hair regrowth with Sophie for a while now and I'm seeing amazing results. She has been so helpful and lovely throughout my journey at este , I highly recommend her!

I've been attending the Birmingham clinic having undergone the DHI Robotic transplant a couple of weeks ago, and, as ever, the service is absolutely outstanding. Having commented in the past about the extremely high level of care during the procedure (and various other treatments I have undergone at the Birmingham Clinic), it is important I feel to comment on the level of care and attention shown post procedure. I would especially like to give a mention to Lumia and Irana, who were both so attentive and enthusiastic in their work, demonstrating a keenness to ensure it is always a positive experience. They would even escort me to the reception desk after the treatment to assist in arranging the follow-up appointment! It is so refreshing to encounter a company where the level of aftercare service (after payment has been made!!) matches the level of service pre-procedure. Thank you!

I had an exosome treatment at the London branch, and had a fantastic experience! Sirin, Parrya & Rasha were so lovely, kind and helpful with my treatment. The reception team, Zahra and Giyan, were very kind and helpful too! Would definitely recommend this clinic.

Right from the first all the way through 6 months of treatment, I have nothing but amazing things to say. The consultant Arzu took enough time to explain everything in detail. She suggested a comprehensive plan and asked me to trust her. I am so glad that I did.
In the past 6 months, I have been a regular client of Este for hair treatment (PRF, Laser therapy). All staff members (Reception, Arzu, Shirin, Ezra) are not only professional but super friendly.
The treatment result are amazing and I cannot be more happy that I chose and trusted Este Medical.
