Vehicle Ownership Transfers

Additionally, if you moved to a new state, you need to transfer the title of your car, motorcycle or boat to your new state of residence in addition to applying for a registration. Use our advanced web app to submit your information, documents, and electronic signatures, all through some of the highest security protocols that exceed many DMV data protection requirements.

Lost Vehicle Title Replacement

You may need a replacement title if yours was lost, stolen, or damaged. In many cases, you may need your title if you need to prove ownership of the vehicle or are planning to sell it. In some states where titles are held electronically and so no paper copy exists, you may only need to request that the electronic title be printed. In most states, only the owner listed on the title can request it, with some exceptions allowing the use of a Power of Attorney or other documents that prove that a different individual is authorized to request the title.

Vehicle Registration Renewals

eTags can hep you renew your registration online in multiple states such as California, Florida, New York, and Maryland. While many state DMVs require PIN numbers or verified accounts, eTags uses alternate verification methods, allowing vehicle owners to avoid online hassles. We provide additional benefits that many state DMV websites do not such as flexible shipping, assistance with registration holds or stops, digital registration card downloads, and more.

Deceptive "lookalike" branding to trick an elderly citizen

If i could give a 0, I would. This company just defrauded my elderly father using deceptive marketing practices. They scammed him into beleiving he was paying a 2 year registration then sent him a 1 year tag and an invoice for fees equaling the second year. He thought he was dealing with the DMV based on the information shown on the website. It is disgusting that a company would try to profit from scamming the elderly. Now I will have to spend my week on the phone with the bank, merchant account, AGs office and elder affairs filing complaints and criminal charges.

Rip-Off

This was very easy to use, and very quick BUT,
I COULD NOT BELIEVE THE TOTAL COST!!!
I thought it was for TWO yrs. at $36.10 a year. They charged me for ONE Year, at $36.10 for my TAX, AND $37.65 in SERVICE AND FEE'S FOR THEIR COMPANY!
WHAT A RIPOFF!!!!!

I paid my registration before the due…

I paid my registration before the due date and have email documentation proving it. Despite promptly providing every document eTags requested, my registration was delayed for weeks because they repeatedly failed to communicate the actual documentation they needed. Only after multiple emails and unnecessary expenses was I told they required a previous registration card, renewal notice, or DMV REG 14 form—none of which had ever been requested. I have the complete email trail documenting this. Because of eTags' poor communication, I incurred additional costs and wasted significant time trying to resolve an issue that should have been handled correctly from the beginning. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

This service was fantastic!!

This service was fantastic our father in heaven guide me here, I traveled overseas and the original title was damaged, I placed the order on a Wednesday and the title was ordered and shipped the next day, the service was excellent, it was extremely fast, the customer service was excellent, the communication was excellent, I have done reviews for google in the past and I normally don’t do many reviews but this one is granted I saw so many mixed reviews good and bad which got me on the fence but while abroad this was my only option beside doing power of attorney and other things which would have been much more I would say this service should be used as an emergency or convenience a title would cost in Florida is 85$ if you want it the same day Etags fees were 265$ more than triple but it can save you much more than that if you are traveling in another state far away the service for me was worth the money blessings!!

Bittersweet

While I am not happy about the cost of a one year tag. ( In Delaware I received 2 yrs for what Md. charges me for 1 year) the process is extremely efficient.

BEWARE SCAM. Trust pilot reviews not credible

This company is a scam and I don't believe the reviews written here about etags. First of all they make the website to look exactly like the DMV so you think you're at the dmv. This is so dishonest and fraudulent. Secondly I paid incredible fee for them to register my car. My car was never registered and my car was towed as a result. This cost me $700 to get my car back. When I called them to fix this they refuse to fix it. They refuse to take any kind of responsibility. The people were rude and terrible. Again I don't believe these reviews and I would never ever ever recommend anybody using this service. They screw you and steal your money

Don't do it

Don't do it! I submitted all of my documents but apparently they lost the title. I made several email requests to sort out the problem but they stopped responding, canceled my request, then when I asked for a refund they told me that their fees were non refundable! So I am out 149.95!
