Great fast service and lovely flowers

The order was wrong. I emailed twice and got no response. This was my third order with you and very disappointing this time.

Hi it looked nice apart from the rose seems to have come of the base in transport. I thought this was normal but now the rose is opening up and falling apart slowly

I was really pleased with my purchase it was a present for my wife fie our wedding anniversary she was so pleased with her rose it made a special day even better

Bought for friend who had lost her dog, shewasso overwhelmed with the quality and she said it helped her heart heal a little. She said she will be looking into using Eternal Petals herself

Read your emails then you could get your orders correct POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOU WAS JUST NOT INTERESTED IN SORTING THE PROBLEM

Great little rose, my misses loved it, it was delivered fast with tracking available

Don’t read there emails so order sent out wrong and they wasn’t interested in resolving the problem spend your money elsewhere

Bought this special multi- coloured rose for my granddaughter as special reminder of the day she received her first White Cost as a PA. Have bought many over the past few years. Delivered beautifully in a dark blue box with matching ribbon. Well worth the price.

I wanted a Solo Black Rose for my daughter's 21st Birthday but they were out of stock. I contacted you through live chat and you were able to make one up for me although I was advised that the Rose would be a little smaller than usual.
It was perfect and my daughter loves it. Thank you.

Not impressed unfortunately. The case is plastic I thought it was glass. It looked cheap. Sorry but that’s my opinion. I felt I couldn’t give it as a present.

I bought my girlfriend the rainbow rose for Valentines and it was a rip roaring success. She loves flowers and loves rainbows so this was perfect and will last a lot longer than fresh flowers. I will be purchasing again in the future
