Rubbish customer service
After using eternal petals before I ordered again and subsequently got a rose that had fallen apart either from improper manufacturing or rubbish handling bt the delivery company.
After contacting customer services I was ignored for multiple days and finally received a response days later stating they hadn't replied because they have been at a festival.
Be warned you may receive a broken flower and be ignored by customer services

This is the worst experiment ever. The gift was sent two days earlier than scheduled, thus making the gift meaningless, But this is not the biggest problem either. Very poor quality rose it with wilted leaves and broken, which can be seen that it was a defect when placing the order. So many issues and no one responds to emails!!!
I didn't get the discount they offered charge me more for a gem then sent it to my address when I gave another address so my address had both address on it!!! So had to pay again for delivery and when I checked the item the flower was loose and moving and brown bits in the box which didn't look very nice and shouldn't of been der!!!!
