be ware of this guy, he uses your stituation to charge you more and more, his argument, is you need to purchase each time a $250 code in order to continue, because for some reason, he needs to celar data and recovery the account. If you ask for refund, his answer is, he can´t do that as long as the "process" is still not finished, but to finish the process, you have to purchase a new code value $250....basically never ending loop of spending. Bty he accepts only BTC, which is very suspicious. But lesson learned.
