What a beautiful review, Carla! Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re beyond happy that you loved every single piece from your Mystery Bag and that our unique style and attention to detail made you so happy! 💛 We’re especially glad we could quickly make things right when one of the necklaces arrived with a broken stone. Mistakes can occasionally happen, but what matters to us is always taking responsibility and making sure our customers are happy. 🫶
Thank you for your trust and for appreciating not only our jewelry, but also the care and seriousness behind our little brand. We’ll be waiting for your next order! ✨🥰
Keine Empfehlung

Hello Sandra, and we’re sorry to hear that the Mystery Bag wasn’t what you expected.💛
Our Mystery Bags are carefully curated from our collections, with a total retail value significantly higher than the price paid. However, we completely understand that receiving styles or sizes that don’t suit you can be frustrating, especially when it comes to rings.
We’re also sorry about the condition in which some of the pieces arrived and the long delivery time. We would genuinely like to look into this for you and understand what happened. Please send us your order number and, if possible, a few photos of the pieces you received, so our team can check everything and find the best way to help. The email is info@ethnasia.com xx

Beautifully packaged
Beautifully packaged with care and consideration, arrived in normal shipping timing from Greece to Scotland in a lovely thoughtful box with some little joyful stickers. Rather than just a purchase, it felt like an experience.
My reflections necklace is a key piece of my wardrobe now and I’ll be buying more from here, eco friendly business too.
Really lovely piece of jewellery crafted with delicate detail

This is such a beautiful review, thank you! Knowing that opening your Ethnasia package felt like an experience rather than simply receiving an order truly means so much to us. And we’re absolutely delighted that the Reflections necklace has become a key piece in your wardrobe! ✨ We put so much heart into the little details, from the jewelry itself to the packaging, so your words about the care made us smile. We can’t wait to create more pieces for your collection! 🫶🌿

Thank you so much for your lovely words! 💛 We’re so happy you find the jewelry beautiful. We’re sorry to hear about the tarnishing and staining, though. Some of our pieces can react with moisture, sweat, perfumes, or the skin’s natural chemistry, which may cause discoloration over time. We always recommend keeping them away from water, creams, and perfumes to help preserve their finish. ✨
We truly appreciate your feedback and hope you’ll continue to enjoy your Ethnasia pieces!

I bought a gorgeous Temple Bracelet and it is just everything, gorgeous colours, perfect fit and fantastic quality . It came along with a pair of silver earrings which was the best surprise because they are so pretty. The packaging is amazing and so sweet it made me feel like a friend was sending me a gift. I wish nothing but the best to Ethnasia and I already have my next order locked in. #mysterybag

I bought a ring
I bought a ring. It is perfect—it fits well and the material is great; I am completely satisfied with it. The website was easy to use and featured lots of lovely products. I ordered from the Netherlands, but the delivery went smoothly and arrived quickly. I will definitely order from here again, as the email communication was excellent too. Thanks!
