She gave more attention to detail to…
She gave more attention to detail to the card she enclosed with her figure than the rings. The liquid of the color run through the golden area. I was quite disappointed regarding all the reviews I've read. The delivery was fast and the packaging was pleasing but the quality was quie low.

Hello, dear Ras. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that the rings didn't meet your expectations. We put great care into every piece we create, so it's disappointing for us to know that you experienced a quality issue.
The color running onto the gold area is certainly not the standard we aim for, and we sincerely apologize for this. We're glad to hear that you were happy with the delivery and packaging, but we completely understand that the quality of the jewelry is what matters most.
We'd love the opportunity to make this right. Please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team with photos of the rings, and we'll be happy to look into the issue and find the best possible solution for you. 💛
Wishing you have a great day,
ethnasia Jewelry Care Team

Value for money.

Thank you for your feedback. 🌸 We're truly sorry to hear that you received the same item in both Mystery Bags. We always do our best to make sure that if a customer orders multiple Mystery Bags, they receive different pieces. However, since the selection is random, duplicates can occasionally happen—especially when two Mystery Bags are ordered at the same time.
We completely understand your disappointment and truly appreciate you giving our Mystery Bags a try. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we hope you'll give us another chance in the future. 💛Kind regards,

Muy bonitos pero muy pequeños
He comprado 5 anillos.

Thank you for your feedback! 😊 We're glad to hear you found the rings beautiful, although we're sorry to learn that the fit wasn't comfortable for you. Our adjustable rings are designed to fit a range of sizes, but we understand that they may not work perfectly for everyone. We truly appreciate you sharing your experience, as it helps other customers make informed choices. 💛 We hope you'll find other pieces in our collection that suit you better! ✨
Perfect!
I've bought six pieces from their website, and surely will do that again! Amazing quality (even compared to others), good prices and I loved the first order gift they sent me!

Merci
