So far what I’ve ordered has been stunning. The rug is beautiful. The poofs are beautiful. Quality is great. Comfort of the poof has been fantastic with just the right amount of padding and structure. The items came on time. I was concerned the rug was cancelled, so I reached out via email to a customer service team member. She was prompt, thorough and friendly in her reply.

Smooth ordering and delivery. Mirror was very well packaged and protected. Unfortunately when we tried in our space it was a little too large so we had to return. The return process was smooth as well and the representative that helped me provided great customer service.

Ethnik Living responded to my email with the day and resolved my request immediately! wonderful when you receive this 5 star customer service !!

Ordered an Ethnik Living Glenn towel bar in October. Never received an order confirmation and had to reach out just to confirm they had my order.
Was told 6–8 weeks delivery (not clearly communicated at purchase). After 8 weeks passed with no updates, I contacted them again and was told mid-January. January passed — nothing. Then the estimate was pushed to mid-February.
Each delay was only communicated after I chased them. No proactive updates, no shipment, no tracking — just shifting timelines.
When I finally asked to cancel, they offered a discount if I waited longer. I declined and requested a refund.
Delays happen, but poor communication and broken promises are unacceptable — especially for an expensive, “designer” product. Would not order again.

Beautiful products, great value, quick shipping and outstanding customer service!

Order my product on December 1. Now, December 11. No word on when it will ship. Their products are over priced. And their service sucks.

Terrible experience so far. Furniture is already overpriced but I fell in love with one of their mirrors and decided to go for it.

On the site it said it would be shipped in 3-5 business days (another reason I went with them) and then when I followed up about the mirrors ($600 worth, mind you) they said it was actually 6-8 weeks.

I feel like it was a bait and switch. No way I would have bought these mirrors if I knew it would take that long

Also, I’m seeing others on Reddit talk about them being scammy and talk about how terrible the customer service is

Customer service is not existent! Shipping times are ridiculous!

We ordered the xl gold mirror and absolutely love it! Arrived quickly and hung easily. It’s the best piece for our space and we get compliments from people who say it is the perfect mirror for our space. I’m so happy I found your site! Thank you!!

Ordered one mirror on October 31. It was supposed to be delivered in about two weeks… then it became three weeks… and I still have no item and no update. There’s no callback number, no communication, and at this point I’m thinking it might be a scam.

Has anyone else had this experience?

Jay was so very nice and helpful with getting back to me quickly several times and answering all questions that I had regarding my purchase . I am very happy with the mirrors that I purchased for my clients bath renovation. They look perfect.

Would give a 0 star if i could. Ordered a towel holder months ago. Still in fulfillment. What a joke. I will be contacting my credit card company to look into this company. When i bought the item, there was no sign that it was back ordered or it would take 2 months.

Purchased a Roland mirror which was delivered in the best packing ever to protect it on its journey. Customer service throughout purchase/delivery process was outstanding, responsive, pleasant and efficient. I would not hesitate to purchase from this online retailer.

Customer service was so incredibly helpful in arranging for a swift delivery and replacement of my Rose mirror. Gorgeous products and A+ customer service, I’ll be buying more from them in the future!
