I booked round trip transfers for 4 adults and 2 infants through Viator for $47.40 from the Cancun airport to the Hilton. Had all my documentation, including tickets, showing flight number, time of arrival, destination, etc. I had even corresponded with them on the price of child seats ($10 per). When we arrived, on time, they told us they couldn't find our reservation and to call Viator, it was their fault. 45 minutes of arguing did no good, even as I showed them the documents with both the Viator and eTransfers confirmation number. With a frustrated family and 2 infants at a breaking point, I had no choice but to accept their "alternate transportation", in effect being charged again for what I already paid. The price I had to pay for a 17 minute ride to the Hilton? 3250 pesos, or $193.13 USD. SCAM COMPANY. Please, do not do business with them. Or Viator, as their only response was to refund the $47.40 and let me twist in the wind for the exorbitant difference. (And I booked a service through Hilton on the return, another $59.00).

Do not use eTransfers in Cancun or trust them with your credit card as they are disorganized and essentially fraudulent.

My young children, wife, and I recently booked a ride a week in advance from Cancun airport to Playa del Carmen. Upon arrival, we proceeded to the agent as instructed only to learn they did not have our reservation. Despite repeated attempts to contact the company through the provided Whatsapp number, neither the agent nor I were able to contact the desk. After 15 minutes of being stranded in the heat with my two young children and wife, they still could not produce a taxi let alone confirmation of my prepayment and right to a taxi. They then said we would be treated as a walk on, with an additional delay of 15 minutes *if* they confirmed our payment, which they hadn't done yet. We opted for an alternative taxi service, costing us $120 USD as a direct consequence of eTransfers' failure to produce a taxi as promised.

When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a full refund for the trip, I initially got an OK but got the run around later. Eventually their customer service stated that I was not eligible for a refund, citing that their staff did not deny me any service. We are out $80 even though they agree there was no taxi ride to Playa Del Carmen.

I hope this review dissuades anyone from using them or trusting them with your credit card. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Horrible Experience! We paid for a private transfer from Cancun airport to Playa del Carmen. They kept us waiting for more than an hour, just to pick us up in a shared service that was going in a different way from our destination. They had offered a courtesy stop (which the driver didn’t do) and he was also very rude. Long story short, we paid double the rate that we would have gotten if we didn’t make any reservation, and it took us 3 hours to get from Cancun to Playa del Carmen instead of 1 hour. Don’t do it.

Horrible - total scam. The sellers from this company who are outside the airport strongly suggest you choose a small private car, rather than a van/shuttle because it is faster and that you can get one in 5 min. (The price is double that of the van.) Then they direct you to wait for your ride, 20 yards away. You've already paid at this point. You are told then that there are no private cars available and that you'd be wiser to take the van/shuttle (which stops many many times before your destination.) Of course they do NOT give you your money back for the upgraded service they sold to you moments ago. We had to wait for an hour just to get a shuttle and then had to stop many many times before we arrive at our destination. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!

Shuttle at a time in the airport and the hotel. Drivers were friendly and courtly.
The only issue was we paid for PREMIUM private transportation (that included refreshing drinks or water), but we got ECONOMICAL private transportation.
On the route from Cancun Airport to Tulum hotel, my wife and I were thirsty, and when I asked the driver for water, the answer was it didn't have any drinks! No water or drinks were available. So, we had to stop at a 7-Eleven gas station to buy water that I had to pay for (!!).

My recommendation for those who want to take this transport option is to make sure that you will receive the service you will pay for before you get inside the van.

The staff does not speak English. Go the time incorrectly and the staff is punished. Did not get a reschedule or offered a refund. Bad experience, will never use this service again.

Muy mal servicio. Pagué traslado redondo aeropuerto-hotel-aeropúerto de Cancún, pedí un servicio privado, que fuera un vehículo bajo, ya que viajé con una persona discapacitada y no puede subir a las camionetas altas en las que presta el servicio regularmente la empresa. Nos enviaron al hotel en un vehículo adecuado y nos aseguraron que iba a ir por nosotros para el regreso al aeropuerto, un vehículo bajo, de las mismas características. Tratando de prever algún contratiempo, llamé a la empresa y el operador que no quiso dar su nombre dijo que no había necesidad de confirmar el tipo de vehículo, que ya estaba asignado, se portó déspota, insistía en que la información la tenía en mi correo y no era así porque el traslado lo compré en el aeropuerto, no a través de la página o de la app. Me trató mal y de manera insultante y cortante. Llegó la hora del traslado y enviaron una camionera alta, escribí por whatsapp a la empresa, y a la vez, también les escribió y llamó el chofer de la camioneta para decirles que la pasajera no podía subir. Quien contestó insistía en que mi acompañante discapacitada se tenía que subir a la camionera, usando frases como "que se suba, si se puede". Cancelé el servicio y al llegar al aeropuerto me regresaron el dinero, pero no era el total, me cobraron 45 dólares y al recibo solamente le pusieron 35 y solo me regresaron esos 35. Pésimo servicio, sin tacto ni trato humano para las personas discapacitadas, nos hicieron perder mucho tiempo y casi el vuelo. Mi acompañante discapacitada se sintió discriminada, ofendida y burlada. No se vale!!!!

This company was incredible. We ended up waiting a very long time for our bags and our trip was delayed, but a representative was right where the email said someone would be. Since we were two hours late our driver was no longer there, but someone arrived for us in under 20 minutes. Everyone was very personable. On our return to the airport, the driver was right on time. Very simple and enjoyable experience. 10/10.

Está compañía fue increíble. Nuestra avión fue tarde por dos horas, pero el representante fue exactamente en el lugar que indicó el email. Tenía otro coche en 20 minutos. Los conductores a hotel y a aeropuerto fue complacientes y agradables. Una experiencia simple y agradable.

Horrible service we bought a round trip and was never picked up. We tried to get a credit and it's been unbelievably hard. We are back her 1 month later and asked for a pick up using our credit and was told no. They can not be trusted! We nev r had this problem before. They said they were on their way and lie after lie. It's not worth missing your flights.. We have a receipt etc.. The man in the phone is unprofessional.

The best experience! Mario.. our driver was the absolute BEST. We were hoping to get him on the way back from the hotel and he showed up at our hotel to pick us up. Guess what? We did a party at the lobby! When we knew it was Mario!

Great price, private transfer from Playa del Carmen to Cancun airport. Made initial reservation online in Mexico via email. Received prompt response confirmation with suggested time. Emailed back and asked to change pick up time. Never received communication back if new time was accepted. But showed up at new time. Only wish communication would have been a little clearer. But flexible and friendly.
