Have to say goodbye after years of being a loyal customer
I've been wearing Lulu for years but I recently realized it's not worth it anymore. I just upgraded my fitness collection with 4 new gorgeous sets from other brands. The quality, design, fits, colours, and prices are much better. All of which makes me think of how to get rid of my current lulu sets, which in comparisions are super basic.
It used to be that you pay for the supior quality and timeless designs at Lulu. Now, I often feel I'm only paying for the brand name, which is absurd as this is not what made lulu famous to begin with.

I placed an order with a 20% discount and needed to exchange the size. Suddenly, the discount no longer applies to the replacement order. Completely unacceptable and something I have never encountered before. This will be returned, and I will never place another order here again. To make matters worse, customer support responds with long, generic copy-paste answers that don’t even address the question asked. Get your act together and fix this.

I love lululemon
I love lululemon. I truly do. It's good quality with unique designs and you can wear their clothing anywhere. But their prices are awfully high for something you can get literally anywhere. While they have this flaw, I am still a loyal customer to the Lululemon industry.

Det eneste negative jeg kan komme på er at de bruker DHL (fordi de aldri gidder å kjøre innom huset mitt selv om jeg har bestilt hjemlevering og heller leverer varen i butikk).

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I placed an order for my Christmas gifts, and they were unable to provide any update on the delivery status—it simply showed as “shipped” with no tracking information. After more than 10 days, they canceled my order without any proper explanation. It’s disappointing to see a brand that once had a good reputation decline to this level, showing a clear lack of care for its customers.
Einmalige Enttäuschung
Ich habe lange auf die Meldung für eine bestimmte Jacke gewartet, dass sie wieder vorrätig ist. Und in der Hoffnung, dass sie in der gleichen Farbe zu der bestellten Hose passen würde. Doch sie kam in einer anderen Farbe an. Das war natürlich sehr enttäuschend, aber ich habe die Jacke trotzdem behalten und sie meiner Tochter geschenkt, weil ich alle Produkte von Lululemon liebe.
Black Friday Deal order cancelled after two days
Don't trust this Black Friday Deal. My order was confirmed and paid for. After 2 days the order was cancelled. They said the products are out of stock. They don't have a customer care department but a guest education team. They simply told me: "we're sorry, you can buy the products again for the full price". This is their policy they say. They can't provide any discount. They have a department of educators which is quit arrogant in my opinion.

I'm shocked about all the negative reviews. I've been wearing lululemon for over 10 years now and absolutely love it! The only thing that really bothers me, which is also the reason im writing this review, is the fact that the difference between the usa/canada collection and european one is huge! When I visit the usa im always baffled to see how many more options they have. Asking customer service in Europe if specific items will be released here is also a waste of time, they will always tell you they don't know. Would be great if the sales team in Europe had more info about their upcoming collection. I've bought a few BeCalm product when I was in the usa a while ago and I'm hoping they will release more of those in Europe as well, especially the BeCalm Oversized Boatneck (colour Black Plum). Kinda upsetting to see so many nice items and not being able to purchase them. Hopefully this will change soon.
My experience with customer service in europe has been good, they are always friendly and try to help as best as possible.
Messed up order - difficult returns process.
Ordered a brown sports bra size EU 44, they sent a white sports bra (different style, different colour from what I ordered) in size 40! This was a total mix up with the orders and they have clearly send the wrong item to me, and my item to someone else. Upon returning the item, their process is so outdated that i had to print the label myself in order to take it to the post office. Lululemon - do better, i shouldn't have an inconvienence of printing to return an order that you messed up on. Please modernise your returns process in line with your competitors.

It's 2025. There are lots of athleticwear brands with good products *and* good customer service. Lululemon is not one of them.
I've been a big fan for years, and most of my gym wardrobe is from Lululemon, but after one of my tights was faulty and ripped at the seam after only two wears, I've been trying to get a refund or exchange (or even gift card) for months.
The first thing I did was to visit the store here in Oslo. I got it fixed there, but unfortunately, it just ripped in the same spot immediately after the first wear.
I went back to the store, and was told that "because it's been repaired, it's no longer covered by their warranty," which.. wtf? They were the ones who told me step one was to fix it? I then argued back and forth with the person working, and she agreed to process the return. But then the issue was suddenly that I bought it online, and they don't accept online returns in stores here in Norway, so I had to return it via the online customer service instead.
A week after filling out the form online, I got an email asking for *the exact information* I had provided in the form. I submitted this, and got a reply that I have to wait multiple days to receive an email with a return slip, send the faulty item in return to their warehouse, wait for that to be processed for multiple days, then wait another few days to receive a *gift card* (not even a refund?). In other words, the minimum time this would take would be a month, just to receive a gift card for an item that is clearly faulty.
After a few emails back and forth, I get the return slip and try to make the return. Unfortunately, it's a return slip that *does not work in Norway*, and so I have to get a new one sent to me. I made this return and have been waiting for the last couple of weeks to hear back.
Today, when I look up the return parcel with the tracking code, it says that it's stuck in customs awaiting information from Lululemon, which they have yet to provide. I cannot do anything to sort it out, and it's now been more than two months since I first got in touch with them regarding this issue.
It all feels like a scam to avoid accountability and to deter people from getting refunds. Disgusting behavior, and not at all what I expected from a brand like Lululemon. Avoid avoid avoid.
IM SO MAD
IM SO MAD . I’ve been waiting for this sweater for YEARS, and when it finally came back in stock I was so excited to finally buy it. I placed my order right away, only to receive an email just two hours later saying my order had been canceled. No explanation, no solution, just canceled.
It’s incredibly disappointing to wait this long for something, finally get the chance to purchase it, and then have the experience ruined like this. I expected so much better from Lululemon.

I bought their Everywhere backpack and the zipper broke after first use. When I wanted to return it, their return process is 5-7 business days for answering if you can return the item and once you’ve received an okay, it takes them an additional 3-5 business days just to send the return label. Insane!!!

Great water bottle! The quality is excellent and delivery was fast. Very happy with my purchase from Lululemon.

I bout a pair of Align leggings as I'd heard so much about how buttery soft the material was. I agreed on first wear until almost immediately the material pilled and balled. After a month they are unwearable (infrequent wear and washing as instructed)
The level of balling is ridiculous. I put in a complaint and they completely fobbed me off saying it wasn't a quality issue. I can tell you - IT IS A QUALITY ISSUE. back and forward with them 3 or 4 times and they are refusing to let me return them. This company is a disgrace and I will NEVER order from them again and I really hope others save their money and not buy their unwearable products.
