Product ok, bedrijf waardeloos

Product in principe goed, maar was niet goed voor mijn gordijn. Ik had via Switchbot zelf de bestelling geplaatst. Het product moeten retourneren. Je moet het in een pakketje retour sturen waar je voor moet betalen (PostNL/DHL kosten), maar als je je refund krijgt houden ze nog eens € 9,99 in onder het mom van "shipping costs". Die hebben ze niet gemaakt, maar na lang heen en weer mailen:

"I have forwarded your response to the higher-ups and they have indicated that this has always been our return policy.
Your order reaches our shipping threshold, we ship it out for you with package shipping, but you no longer need the order with your personal reason, and we support returns for no reason within 30 days. It's just that we need to deduct the €9.99 shipping cost from the order.
So we don't support a return of €9.99 in the order.

Thank you for your understanding.🌹"

Ik zie dat gewoon als diefstal, aangezien ze helemaal geen kosten gemaakt hebben. Als je per sé een product van Switchbot wilt prima, maar niet via de website zelf bestellen. Betaal dan iets extra op bijv. Bol.com.
