I contacted Wybot Europ assistance because my robot A1 wasn't working.
After several mails to try to find the problem. Wybot Europ assistance decided to send me a totally New robot.
The support of Wybot was totally cooperative and did what most of other companies never do. They don't hesitate to replace my robot with a totally new one.
I appreciate their help and support.
And I recommend Wybot.

Bought C1 Pool Robot. Used 2 times and then would not charge. Took ages for their customer support to respond, but finally they said to send it back to be replaced - but at my expense. So asked for quotes for shipping which came in at €460 to €1,224 to send back from France to Germany! Explained to their Customer Service who said as I had gone over the 30 days since delivery they would not pay for return. This was purely because my pool was not ready and I could only start to use it at the end of August. So it was around 32 days.

*I would like to add that having written this review, and in fairness to the company, I have now received a return label from them, enabling me to send this robot back with apologies from them regarding the problems I have encountered.
